Best Paver Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Lone Star Landscaping just redid my backyard and love the way it turned out! I was way overdue for a remodel and wanted to add some new features to enjoy this summer. We are very satisfied with our outdoor living project. Chad was professional from start to end. The design process took a little longer than we expected, due to HOA and city permitting. Chad kept us informed each step of the way and there was always a line of communication open. We would highly recommend this company to friends and family. My friends referred me to Masterscapes. They'd just had their landscaping completed, it looked great, and they'd already done price comparison shopping.

Zee came to my house to give me a free estimate. He took his time and studied the style and colors of my home. He then and drafted a gorgeous design for the back yard as part of the appointment--for no charge! The plan gave me everything I wanted plus elements I hadn't thought of. Since they are busy, I made a down payment of 1/4 of the project cost to put me in the scheduling queue (about a month and a half later).

During that time I made several small changes to the design including adding a sculpture garden with leftover granite pieces from my new home construction. There were two additional pre-construction appointments - to select rock + pavers and trees (I went to the locations with Zee) and he came to my office to select the final plants.

The customer service has been steller. The project leader (John) told me they'd accidentally dented my gate and set me up with one of their contractors to replace the metal piece (at their cost). This was in motion before I'd even noticed and the repair was perfectly done within 3 days.

The project took 7 total working days to complete over an 8 business-day time span. The workers were knowledgeable and courteous and answered several questions I had. I made 4 payments spread over the time of the work and the final payment after the gate repair--which I appreciated. I was able to make credit card payments by phone, which was very convenient.

Zee returned after the construction was completed for a walk-through, checked everything, reset my watering system (which included some nice brass plumbing added in for no additional cost), and gave me all of the warranty & plant care information. After the concrete is fully 'cured', I will paint the planters (I was told about this up front--there's also an option to use their recommended painter). My friends will receive a referral bonus.

As the photos show, the yard looks like a park and matches the design of my security door. I'm extremely happy with every aspect of this experience and highly recommend this small company to everyone. Great job Zee, John, Anna and everyone else!

On time and affordable price.

Outdoor Living Concepts upgraded our back yard, and we are very happy with the result. From Design, to execution, to the eventual outcome - all of it was first class and an enjoyable experience.

Speaking of experience, we had a great crew of folks - beginning with our Designer - Fernando. For Fernando, it doesn't come across as just a job, he truly loves what he does. He's genuinely excited for any project - smaller scale to large. Every step of the way was fantastic - and he also came to the Nursery and helped us choose our plants and trees, and he was nearly giddy with excitement about what he was thinking would work for our back yard. Great design and a very special person - that's Fernando.

George was handling the project and he was always helpful, positive, and responsive. Another great person to have. His crew did a great job. George made sure that Fernando's design came to be and that it was quality work. Exactly what you want.

Regarding the process, I'll start with this - be patient when doing a project like this. Outdoor Living Concepts has many projects - each one is important and I suspect they treat each customer that way too. When it's time for your project, you will get the individual attention and focus. Same thing for warranty stuff - it needs to be scheduled, and sometimes it might be a couple of weeks. Be patient - the reward is great.

Yes, we did run into an issue. We found out on a Friday that our very large spa would need to be delivered on the following Monday morning. The crew had not fully prepared the spot where the spa would land in the back yard, and in our front yard, they still had pavers, sand, etc, that would be in the way of the crane. I was frantically calling everyone and even reached the owner Curt. Curt, George, and Fernando all made the effort to get some of those tasks done over the weekend, and they had the crew arrive around 4am-5am on that Monday morning to get the rest done ahead of the spa install. Great teamwork and effort, and I was very appreciative. If not for this issue, I might not have ever spoken to the owner - Curt. I'm glad I did, because I see where the DNA for Outdoor Living Concepts comes from - an owner who really cares and truly wants customers to be happy. Thanks Curt!

One of our trees died and a few plants. No problem at all, no arguing, no questioning, they replaced them under warranty. For our part, we waited until the 3 months was up (as they recommend) and then called and worked out the scheduling for the warranty.

I did get a second quote from another company, which came in slightly higher, so we were happy with the price. Overall, I am extremely happy with the experience, and I would not hesitate to have Outdoor Living Concepts handle my next project. Highly recommended!

They absolutely punished my yard

I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. I look forward to working with them again! There were a couple mishaps but they did fix them all. I love how my back yard looks now.

I've had at least 6 so called Landscaping Companies in the 20 plus years I've lived here, perform services at my house. Victor's is by far the most professional company amongst them all. They did not blow off replacing or repairing bad sprinklers like the other companies did. They did the front and the back of the property every time, unlike one company tried to pull on us by only doing half and half. We also hired two guys who advertised themselves as Military Veterans to show support for the VETS.....THEY were the worst of all of the companies we hired. Victor's has a Crew Chief that comes by and looks at the job that the crews are doing, thus holding the crews accountable for their work. I personally would recommend Victor's if you want the job done right...... every time.

A beautiful yard on a beautiful home is truly amazing. I hired the team from Desert Sunview Landscaping LLC for this. The guys are great. They did a great job in the desert heat. The yard looked like a park. Everyone says it's great. My family is happy with it. My heart is filled with happiness. I recommend everyone.

Did a wonderful job. Needed it done ASAP and he was there. Everything cleaned up neat and ready for pictures for my realtor. Excellant work.

Provided free estimates, answered all my questions even through text, they were on time and ready to work without any hiccups, respectful to my neighbors and most of all communicated step by step what he’ll be doing so I stayed informed along the way.

The team was early and did an excellent job this morning! Won't hesitate to use them in the future.

The 1st time they were ok. Hired through home warranty. 2nd time disaster from hell. They damaged my driver side car window. The stop working and took off job incomplete.
Comttact owner. They were worst. NoNo work ethics at al showed them the damaged they denied i it. Showed
the incomplete job. They refused to do anything. They lied and Said they refunded my money for services. TheyBeware of this horribllied. w casecond tome of service was a nightmare. My car was parked in my driveway. They broke my drives car window. The y did not tell me that they had damaged the window. The did not finish the job at all. The grab there gear and ran off. The owners of this company was just as bad as the workers.

Am yet to hear back from them after contacting them through the website. Recently received a card for them at my house so might opt for calling them instead.

Thank you for coming over so quickly the yard is nice and clean. I can't wait until you can put in the sod and plants.

They came an hour late did poor work I would not recommend them for anybody very very high price
