I walked into the store and the guy behind the counter was working with someone else and never acknowledged me. I sat down and waited for almost 20 minutes before either one of the persons working there took a moment to answer my question.
The service I was looking for was not available.

The owner has since informed me the young man that didn't acknowledge me was a trainee so I have adjusted my score accordingly.

These guys are the greatest.

Great service. Needed a doorknob replaced and I didn’t know you could key a new knob to match all the other locks on the home. I expected to have to rekey everything, but I got my new knob and paid less than I expected. They were quick to respond to their website form and we corresponded via text message to schedule. Easy!

I lost my keys and they were out here extremely quick and very efficient...made a new key for my car and was very friendly...hopefully this doesn’t happen again but if it does I know who to call!

Ryan was great very thorough and helped me to understand how best to maintain the lock for the longest usage. Highly recommend.
