Noah and the team were incredibly helpful, curteous and knowledgeable. Needed to repair and replace sewer pipe and the connection to the city sewer due to severe root problem. Completed repairs just as promised, on time, no delays and when they left everything looked as if it wasn't even touched. I can't say enough good things about them and wholeheartedly recommend. I am a single family home builder and had them out to install a hydrant on a vacant lot for me . They gave me a reasonable quote , showed up on time and did a quality job . That's hard to find these days ! Will definitely work with them in the future .

They were at my door within an hour of my calling. Trevor was the technician responsible on 4/23/18, and he provided very useful feedback in addition to the standard work involved (as a new home-owner I had no idea that water heaters should be drained three or four times per year).

All in all, I'm very satisfied with their service. The water heater itself has a 6-year warranty (10 years available for $100 extra with this specific Rheem), and they warranty parts and labor for one year.

The price was fair, the service prompt and friendly, so I would most certainly contact them again.
