Big Mike saved the day! Me and my pup had been outside for about an hour in the phoenix heat trying to get into my house, I called ACME and Mike said he'd be able to make it out in about 20 mins, he showed up on time if not sooner AND went above and beyond and gave me water bottle for me and my pup who at this point was panting pretty aggressively for water. Getting us in the house would have been enough but him going above and beyond with his great attitude and handing us water will definitely make them the first person i call in any other lockout situation. THANK YOU!

Easy fast and worked , what more could you ask for

I used their kiosk in my local grocery store and they seriously work better and smoother than the original keys! I also had a 3rd one that had to be mailed to me as it was a design the kiosk didn't have. It arrived quickly and the 1st try it didn't lock or unlock but after turning it a few times it worked as well as the 1st 2 that were made with the original key pressed into the kiosk. I will definitely use them in the future.

It worked, it got here fast, the reason I only have it 4 stars is that $10 is a bit high for 1 key but despite that, I'm happy.

I called this company, and the technician was there in an hour. He was nice, didn't make any noise or mess, and fixed the door in half an hour. I thought the price was good, and I was very happy with it.

The first key works great but the 2nd key does not work at all it's to a different door how do I get it redone?

Buyer beware! KeyMe is outsourcing calls to terrible 3rd party locksmith companies. I called KeyMe and unbeknownst to me, Keyme outsourced me to a 3rd party service. After the service was complete, the locksmith charged me $220 for 5 minutes of work to drill out my door handle. They did not have another door handle to replace the drilled handle and he did not clean up the mess. He did not send me an invoice as promised. For that price, I should of driven to home Depot and bought the best cordless drill and done it myself. I feel completely taken advantage of. It's a shame there are companies out there like this. Next time I will ask more questions up front.
