These guys are great. Over the years they hv saved my life several times. large snap-on toolboxes, small tool carts & truck boxes, locked my keys in a company truck at my home, etc. They could hv pinched me $ real good each time. They didn’t. A fair price on me being stupid, a break on the price when they could. One time they only charged me 1/2. I trust them and I think you can too.

I went there twice and received great and honest service. The manager was very upfront about what to expect. He programmed my new key for my Dodge Charger in less than 10 minutes!!! It was very cost efficient and cheaper than all the other companies I consulted with. I would most definitely recommend him to friends and family!!

Update: I called them as I was locked out of a room today and they were there in 5 minutes and fixed it very quickly. These folks are awesome! Amazing, inexpensive service. They made a copy of my motorcycle key for around $6. I’ve purchased a safe and had them work on another safe for me as well. Always friendly, great service!

The pinnacle of perfectionism. I contacted Yale Express after reading the reviews. He soon answered the phone and was as receptive as possible throughout the procedure. Even though my smart locks were delayed in shipping, he was kind and informed throughout the process. It was a tremendous project. 5 rekeys 3 smart lock installations, and a front door handle replacement (in addition to keying the 3 smart locks). He showed up on time and finished the job swiftly and flawlessly. He is enthusiastic about his work and values excellent customer service.
