We were locked out of our house late at nigh,t having gone out for a late night walk. We called Johnny Locksmith (thank God for cell phones) and actually got to speak to a person. We got an over the phone flat rate and the locksmith, Gabe, was at our house in 15 minutes or less. He was professional, compassionate and, most importantly, a good locksmith. He got our door open and us back in our home quickly. A lot of companies would have taken us for a ride, because of the hour and the inconvenience, but Johnny Locksmith did not. Highly recommended. Good people!!

He dropped everything even though he was already home for the day and headed straight over, and I was able to head in to what I needed to with plenty of time. I'd been having problems with a certain key and did not know where to turn for help. Using a search engine and some intuition, I found ACME and took the key in for assessment. What I got was true information that helped direct me back to the source of the problem for a perfect solution. When I went back to ACME I was pleased with the customer service and the price of the correction. This is THE place to go for relief of any sticky lock issues.

Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.

Spent over 200 to get 3 doors rekeyed. He said my screen door needed a whole new lock and handle so he put one on and now the screen door doesn't clasp when i shut it. I asked for a business card and he said it would be on the invoice but i never got one of those either. I even called after they left when i realized my receipt was never sent to me and it's been days and i still haven't received it. I've tried calling but just get hung up on.
