I have to say the problem I had on my f-150 was a nightmare. I caused the extra headaches on the trucks ignition myself after the key thingy would not turn the truck on(I messed it up). I had Todd come out cuz he offered the best quote to reprogram my keys. So he came out and did his job, but I had messed up the ignition antenna and Todd told me what I needed to do and I followed his directions and after that the truck was fixed. This guy really knows his stuff and if I ever need help from a locksmith in the Phoenix area Todd the locksmith guy has my business. Very truthful and professional business. Thx Alcatraz Locksmith.

Needed a key made for my Yamaha 350 Moto 4 quad. The locksmith was awesome! I brought my quad on my trailer, to his residence, and within 15 to 20 minutes he made my key from scratch. Only $50. I called at 7:30, no one showed up by 8 even though I live 15 minutes from their location. I called and they had associated the wrong phone number with my address and called someone else that had cancelled their service. I needed to be somewhere by 8:30 and no one was even out to my house til that time. And for the inconvenience they took off all of $10 from my total. Really irritated, will never use their services ever again.
