Can not say enough about Patrick’s professionalism and help! Our Eagles Safe battery died and their was not a clear solution on how to open our safe once the battery died. Was looking at options to drill it open and then the safe would not be usable. Recieved a quote from a different service provider for $400! Patrick asked key questions to diagnose our issue including pictures. He researched a hard to find owners manual...He recommended using a new 9V battery and placing it on the start button. It immediately worked! Able to open the lock (and save the safe!). Immediately changed the batteries. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to call him next time for my home or my business needs!

Really quick and professional. Was quoted a price right up front for rekeying my locks. A technician was there in 30 mins. Ari knew his business, was polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Our son accidentally threw our house keys down the sewer and we couldn’t retrieve them. I called the locksmith masters LLC and asked them to cut us a new set of keys. The locksmith came over quickly, and he handled our request easily. We got the new keys in no time, and he didn’t charge us much.

Update: Found another locksmith and got the job done with less than half of the price. It took like 3 minutes in total. The guy form Ahwatukee Locksmith spent longer time on writing the receipt yesterday.

Called them to replace a front door lock. No fancy smart lock setups or anything, just a very basic lock, and they had access to the house without any drilling or picking. Dispatch said it would start with $85 which was a reasonable price, but the technician came and gave me a quote of $250. They did literately nothing and I was charged $29 service fee.

I saw another bad review said their service fee was $19. I guess that there were so many customers said no to their crazy pricing so they had to surcharge the service fee?

I couldn't find a yelp page for them. Lucky you yelp users! you dodged a bullet.

Btw they were 1 hour late.

I asked what their company was. They told me a random company name, 24/7 mobile lock smith.Unfortunately I still have your number so I can find it from google and leave my honest feedback to future customers.

Would not use their service, and would not suggest anyone to work with them.

Now I know that I have really lived too long! I was leaving Fry’s grocery store when I noticed a strange machine just inside the entry door. After closer inspection, it claimed that it could make me a door key in just a few minutes. I didn’t believe it but, although I am almost 70, I love gadgets and stay up on all new technology. Nobody my age has as many Apple products as I do. Plus, I had recently moved and had been trying to get extra keys made for 3 months. I spent an hour walking around Home Depot last month, looking for the key-making thingie, putting 3 miles on my brand new Apple Watch (5 series - I bought my first one just 4 minutes after Series 1 was released!). So I decide Why not? Less than 10 minutes later, I had THREE copies of my apartment door key! A regular one, a green one and a polka dot one! They cost about $20 - buy 2, get 1 free - AND THEY ALL WORK PERFECTLY! I got the most basic styles - but there is even one that can open beer bottles. You can also get car keys cut also. All you do is stick your key in what looks like a door lock and the computer reads the grooves. You pick what style you want on a touch screen and put in your credit/debit card. Your receipt is emailed to you (mine came up on my Apple Watch as I left the store). The KeyMe kiosk offers a lot more services like remembering your key info. I chose not to do that - it was a little creepy to me, like giving up my DNA. But, still, it was the most amazing thing to me since the cordless phone! And I was around when it came out! What’s next?!

I give 5 stars to BCM Locksmith of Phoenix, AZ. I had a safe with out the keys, & all I had to do is call BCM Locksmith, & with the Numbers on the safe, he was able to make me keys to open it. I am so grateful for the keys, as I was about to take a crow bar to it. He is also very reasonable in price. Thank-you, Mrs. Grateful
