Unfortunately Metro lock was an hour and half late, I called and there had been an emergency (I understand, I just would have appreciated a phone call). The technician was not aware he was late, so there was poor communication on their part. Once the locksmith arrived however, everything went smoothly and was professional. They did an excellent job.

Very friendly. Very respectful. Would highly recommend. Had someone else quote us 20 bucks cheaper but their service over the phone was poor. This place was spot on for me. Would definitely use their services again and continue to recommend.

I have a 2013 hyundai sonata. Sundial helped me get my car keys out of my car super fast. I was on my lunch break and they were fast and very friendly!! Very good service!!

This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

Quick, quality and professional service

This is always my go-to locksmith. They have tons of different types of key choices, keychains, safes, door lock accessories, and so much more. They are still very reasonable price and they do it right the first time.

The front door knob and lock were fixed by the locksmith the same day I called him. He was incredibly polite, competent, and knowledgeable about the 1925 door knob. If I ever needed any locksmith work again, I would without a doubt contact them. I'm grateful.

Spent over 200 to get 3 doors rekeyed. He said my screen door needed a whole new lock and handle so he put one on and now the screen door doesn't clasp when i shut it. I asked for a business card and he said it would be on the invoice but i never got one of those either. I even called after they left when i realized my receipt was never sent to me and it's been days and i still haven't received it. I've tried calling but just get hung up on.

My experience with BCM locksmith service was prompt, courteous, and professional. He came unlocked my car to get my keys, made a key for my house, programmed a new key fob and cut a new key for my Lexus. He also made a new key for my Quest van that had a radio frequency chip in it. I would recommend BCM locksmith to anyone, and the prices were reasonable also.
