Amazing work on a stubborn Nissan that another locksmith couldn't get to turn on with a tough steering wheel lock. Berrot rebuilt the ignition due to bad springs and gave us a new key for a very fair price and only took him a couple of hours to sort out. We thought we'd be towing the thing to the dealership with such a grim outlook give to us by the previous locksmith. I will be using them as my go to from now on and recommend them to any one with an issue with their locks!

We were in the process of moving, on superbowl sunday of all days, when someone locked the keys in the moving truck. With only one day to move an entire 3 bedroom home any delays could cripple our plans. We called 6 locksmiths. Only one answered. These guys really saved our day. They were prompt, professional, and made quick work of our lock problem. Utterly professional and highly skilled. You couldn't ask for better service.

AWESOME! A bit pricey, paying about 10% more than you should - so if you can shop around ... It's a little hard to figure out when copying a card to a key - so read the directions twice and fast before it times you out. Other than that great service that many just don't know about.

It was good but the cost is the reason I will not use it again. I can get it for half the price in Walmart or Ace hardware or even home depot

I needed a Second key for my old Toyota. It's difficult to drive around and find a locksmith that has the correct key blank. I remembered seeing the KeyMe kiosk in my local store. I Plugged my key into the kiosk and was amazed it's abilities to show the accurate measurements of the key. It took a few days to get delivered by mail but the key worked like a charm!

I ordered three keys and one didn't work it was too big but that's to be had. But I kindly informed customer service of my issue, and they reply back promptly within the given time. My issue was addressed through email with a personable response, and concluded a refund would be the best solution. I'm happy to say that I'm planning on using them once again and try with my key fob for my car and see how that works out but all in all great job.

Spent over 200 to get 3 doors rekeyed. He said my screen door needed a whole new lock and handle so he put one on and now the screen door doesn't clasp when i shut it. I asked for a business card and he said it would be on the invoice but i never got one of those either. I even called after they left when i realized my receipt was never sent to me and it's been days and i still haven't received it. I've tried calling but just get hung up on.
