Let me tell u. We went round & round wit several companies. But then we had the pleasure of finding Mendel. He was a God sent. We were given a quote. Very reasonable I may add. My technician Trevor was great! He was good with communication and got my locks re-keyed even though they were a bit of a pain. Definitely check out Sundial if you are needing some help with your locks and/or keys!

I had just listed a property and realized that the lock was broken on the front door of the house. People were scheduled to come see the home but no one could get in. Tom's name was referred to me so I gave him a call. He answered right away and was able to meet me within a half hour! He then fixed the issue immediately. It was not an easy fix but he made it look easy and was so pleasant and friendly. I will use Tom for all of my lock and key issues and would recommend him to anyone. Just another crappy startup being run out of what appears to be a house. Also just a word of advise if a locksmith has anything like 24 hour, is based out of their house or has pretty much any corny name odds are they are just going to come out and do more damage to your locks than work. They destroyed a door and made me call out a decent real to fix it.

I called them at 9:40 about my car locked out they said they will be there in 15-25 minutes but i’ve waited over here over 4 hours , can you believe that…i kept call them back 5,6 times they told me they will call the technician and let know…No they didn’t…now im still right here and writing this review…it’s 1:05 am …

Excellent experience. B&B was completely reliable and professional. It’s hard to find people these days that follow through. His pricing was fair and he did his best to make sure we had the best outcome. Would recommend 100% and will be using B&B again!!

My kids locked our outdoor closet which we were never given a key to. Of course neither kid would admit to it lol. Dave to the rescue! Reliable and the best price! I called 5 other places that gave me ridiculous pricing but when I called this company they said they would take care of me and they did! The best customer service and I will definitely use them in the future. Anyone needing the best price and great service call these guys.

Bob from ACME Locksmith Rocks!! I called ACME in the morning at 8:30 am and was promptly greeted by a very friendly CSR, and I had Bob at my house within hour of my call. He was very professional and made sure I know what the charges would be upfront and then told me that after he was done, the door locks would be as good as new! Bob was absolutely correct. I highly recommend ACME Locksmith. I will ACME definitely, if I ever need a locksmith.
