Job was finished quickly, was great, and very professional. No complaints about the actual job itself, things went smoothly besides having a broken doorknob (that I didn't know about).The company gave me a 4 hour window for the service, 10am-2pm. This shut down my day and I was stuck at home waiting for them. If not for that they would have easily received 5/5 stars.

I used this company to have a Key and Remote replaced. They quoted me 215.00 for this service and was happy that they could come out to my place to solve my problem. Unfortunately, the poorly trained technician could not reprogram the remote. He indicated we have to take it to the dealer. Then proceeded to charge us $200 for the key. Now I have to go to the dealer and get the remote for another $300.

Here is the issue. I called to speak to management on March 13th, and their contact said I would get a call on Mar 14th,,,,, No call. Called on March 16th and I they said I would get a call right away. Now it is March 19th and still no call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They obviously have paid for google reviews and they have no respect for customers. They have no training in place... And I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW, As far as I am concerned, I payed $200 and got half the service. Get your processes in order, train your people.

Highly recommend Yale Key Express. They were incredibly professional, and the service was perfect! I had a rekeying done for my car key, and they were very quick and efficient. They also helped me out with some other locks that needed to be replaced, and did a great job at it. I would definitely use them again!

Jon of Sitton Security did an awesome job!!! He came out in 15 minutes on a holiday to unlock my daughter's door that had a old lock and an old door and a key that stopped working. He was extremely knowledgeable of the issues and unlocked the door in seconds. He was so great with my daughter who was so grateful to get in her room again! Thank you Jon for the excellent work!

Mike & Joe showed up and installed my keypad lock and changed out keys onto doors they did a wonderful job and quick and explain everything to me ! Great guys!

Kye answered my call. He explained he'd have to double check my particular Fiat type and call me back on a FIAT 500 POP.
I placed 2 other calls to 2 other locksmiths. Both of them also said they'd return my call, shortly.
I'm still waiting for those calls (2) to be returned, whereas Kye, with his courteous, timely and respectful services has not only returned my call, but been out and replaced my FIAT 500 POP 'switchblade style key fob', provided a duplicate AND left me with a Very Reasonably Priced Invoice!
