We called University Lock & Security about rekeying our commercial office as well as fixing the existing lock. The locksmith called us back within an hour and had someone over to our office within 30 minutes. Wade Martin was our technician and he was nice, knowledgable, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind and I felt safe the entire time I was at the office alone with him. He was even able to give us multiple keys to our new lock saving us the time of having to get duplicates made. Overall, 5 stars for Wade and University Lock & Security. We will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend!

Above and beyond! They go out of their way to find solutions for the customer. No corporate bs here. Just honest, hard working, knowledgeable people who want to make sure the job gets done. Also, extremely reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

Forget Ace and forget Lowes, if you have anything to do with keys and locks then go to this place. Best locksmith in Phoenix, they go above and beyond to make sure the job is not only complete but perfect.

Walked into have a key cut for my office building. They refuse to cut the key and wanted me to bring a locksmith out to originally cut the key. Found this extremely ridiculous didn't even ask my credentials or for information showing I was business owner. Wouldn't even give me the time of day turn around and walk away from me at their counter. Recommend anywhere but this place!!!

These guys are amazing! Had two very difficult keys to duplicate for an old Hot Rod. They found the correct blanks and made spare keys for me...Whew!!! Also took a front door lock that was missing a key. They quickly made a key for it and I was on my way! Very honest, quick, and trustworthy!

This company is a complete rip off! I needed 2 doors rekeyed to match a key I gave them. The tech tells me this hardware wont work with this key. So I tell him, Fine. It doesn't matter what the hardware is if you have to replace it. They didn't give me options, or choices or mention the hardware they used to replace the hardware that was on both doors (which was 1 dead bolt and 2 keyed non-handle type locks was going to cost $334.00! If I had known that, I would have gone to Walmart and changed the locks out myself.

The service was amazing! After contacting over 15 different Locksmith companies, Elaine was the most helpful. She took the time to understand the issue, I sent her over pictures and she was able to order the correct part and get someone out to the property asap. Which is priceless when you are in a timed inspection period. I highly recommend this company for the best price and service! Thanks so much!

Not sure who helped me but all staff was extremely helpful! I tried to go to Lowes to get filing cabinet keys copied and they were unable to accomplish the task! Called beforehand was able to send pictures to ensure they could copy them and they most certainly got the job done!

I am a local auto dealer and I provide extra keys for my clients, I bring the blanks in and these kind folks are always happy to help and ensure that they have done the job right. ACE and other places refuse to cut your keys unless you buy from them. I HIGHLY recommend any services at University Lock & Security!!!!

I had a blank key I got on Amazon for my Toyota cut by these guys. They are very helpful and helped me get the key just right to fit all my locks. I’ll be using them in the future for my lock and security needs.

A key broke in the lock at our Car Shop at the end of the day when we were locking up. I called University Lock and Security and explained I needed someone as soon as possible to help us, so we could lock up both of buildings. They were here within 45min. Removed the broken key from the door and cut a new key for me. These guys are awesome.

I was in and out when making copies of odd filing cabinet keys. The lady at the counter said if I had any problems to come back, but they worked perfect the first time. Awesome. I'll think of them next time I need keys made.
