The first key works great but the 2nd key does not work at all it's to a different door how do I get it redone?

Within minutes after we had called they showed up and it was an easy fix. I was worried about being late to work when I actually got there just in time! The young man suggested a spare key service that they do and I will definitely have to take them up on that offer!
