When the machine quits midway thru and gives you an error, know they you will never get your money back! I called and after 20 minutes of run around and BS excuses why they cannot refund me my money I gave up on the 10 bucks. How much is $10 worth vs. a bunch of bad reviews let’s see

PS. If you need the info ( date, time, blood type) for a refund their kiosk should tell the customer what’s needed not just listing a phone number but it does not. The process is not designed for a refund, it’s designed to rip people off.

Our experience was fantastic. I was locked out of my house on a busy day and called these guys. Quick and inexpensive! I called on the day of, and he arrived at my house within two hours. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend it.

I needed a Second key for my old Toyota. It's difficult to drive around and find a locksmith that has the correct key blank. I remembered seeing the KeyMe kiosk in my local store. I Plugged my key into the kiosk and was amazed it's abilities to show the accurate measurements of the key. It took a few days to get delivered by mail but the key worked like a charm!

The locksmith was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took care of everything quickly and without any fuss.

Total criminals. Called for a local locksmith to come out and open a truck door with no power locks and windows. They charge me a $170 to open with one airbag pump. When I asked the technician on site he said he did not set the prices, I called the headquarters and they told me the technician is the one that sets the price when he goes out. These people are crooks. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.

Made an appointment to have a new key made and programmed for my gf's GS300. The guy said he had to confirm he could do it. He called back. Confirmed they could do it and it would be $250. I made the appointment for 1pm the following day. The following day, 1pm comes around, 120 comes around and no contact from anyone. I call and they tell me that instead it will be $650. I get here may have been a mistake made, but apparently even keeping the appointment time was of no priority either.

It was a surprise when she pulled up in her truck to save me from a too fun night of partying I had lost my keys. She went right to business and had me fixed up in fifteen minutes. She was professional, upfront with the total cost(no hidden fees) and was very cheerful. Best locksmith I have ever had the opportunity to interact with.
