Rick is a total pro and reasonably priced. I shared with Rick that my daughter who is in the military just bought a home. I shared her concerns about having the entire house rekeyed and Rick said he would get right on it . He showed up on time and got the job done quickly. Took forever to get our food. Orders were simple. waited an hour for 2 over easy eggs and turkey sausage and grits. Then was charged for my tables meal and someone else's table. When I spoke with the manager she ensured a refund but they only put back half of what the owed me.

The Locksmith was patient, kind and understanding. He was here promptly, and went above and beyond to get us back in the house. If all of the employees at Yale KeyExpress are at his standard, I would strongly recommend never going anywhere else. Five stars, cannot recommend enough.

Very impressed! I arrived home today to find that my door could not be unlocked. I called at 12:38pm, within 10 minutes,he arrived, replaced broken lock, matched it for our current keys and was gone by 1:10pm. Super quick, quality, friendly service!
