I would absolutely recommend this company, particularly when compared to the way some competitors conduct business here locally. Another company of Tree guys asked for pics via text and had no clue what I truly wanted, just wanted to text me, take my money (cash only) and do what they thought I wanted without truly communicating w me. Don from Harris and Sons on the other hand, came out to my home, explained things, and even suggested the best time of year to trim my Jacaranda tree as well as what type of trimming would be best. His expertise and consultative approach was much preferred and a few months later, I reached out to get the work done. The guys were quick, prompt and cleaned up the tree while taking a good bit off which is what I wanted. Again, customer service and good business practices always wins out in my book and this company showed that.

I had PV Trimmers come out and trim 3 palms last year when I first moved into my new house. They did a great job and cleaned up the area really well. However, this year when I went to rebook them to trim the same trees, I reached out via email and was told that I should have already been rebooked by one of their employees last year after the first tree trim, however I had not been. I was then told I would be contacted once they looked at the schedule, that never happened. I reached back out myself via email and asked if they had a spot open....no response. I then called and was asked if my trees trimming cost was over $350. I had to go and look myself, and happened to be $285. I told the person on the phone and they said they will not perform any services for anyone under $350. This would have been nice to know the weeks before when I contacted them in the first place. I was told they would check with the owner since we had already discussed trimming this year, once again no response. In the mean time, I have found someone else to do it and for a better price that was reliable and had a sense of urgency. Be cautious if you are looking for PV Trimmers to do your job. It will be on their own lax schedule and only if you're going to spend a high dollar amount to make it worth their time.

I had my previous landscaper become ill. And had to quit. I found jb’s. He was just what I needed. His pricing is very fair. And had very professional works. My yard looks great and so does my Wallet. Can’t thank him and his team of hard working individuals enough. I will and have recommended him to some of my friends.

I called 5 companies after I had storm damage of a tree in my yard. This company was the only one that responded and quickly I will add and they came over to give me an estimate that day. My tree was at risk if it didn’t come down soon and they made it a priority which I so much appreciated. Their pricing was very fair and they even cut the good parts of my tree so I can burn in my fireplace this winter. The stacked the wood so nicely and everything was cleaned up when I returned home. Anna was responsive to any questions I had and they got here to do the job a day earlier with their super busy schedule. Safety was discussed and I appreciated that because my tree was hanging in a common area of my townhome and they already knew how to safely handle it. It was a GREAT experience when I was expecting price gouging because so many people had damage but not them. I would highly recommend them, I took a chance and luckily for me, they turned out to be a great company that I feel I can trust for anything in the future. Thank you so much! Ann G.

I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.

My citrus trees weren't looking very good, so I called Liberty and set up an appointment for two days later. Daniel punctually came over and immediately identified a disease for one tree, and gave me advice on how to treat it, since there's enough I can do before an expert needs to do anything. He also noticed that my irrigation lines were far too close to the trunks, causing my other problems. He told me the distance from the irrigation lines should be, and told me the heads were the wrong kind. He also told me my watering cycle wasn't appropriate. He left me with a to-do list which I was easily able to take care of myself, without charging me a cent! He also told me if the disease doesn't improve to give him a call. I'm so happy that I've found an honest tree service and won't hesitate to contact them again. Please, if you need a tree service, call these people!

After the big storm a very large tree limb decided to slam down on my car, I was lucky enough to get a quick response and a fair price same day and by the next day it was like nothing ever happened, def plan on using him again, amazing person to work with

Very Satisfied with the service! Tree Service Peoria returned my call. Very fast and reasonably priced! I couldn't get any price close to theirs. They removed some palm trees that were beginning to damage my house and using their working knowledge of how best to thin trees for maximum growth they took it upon themselves to clean and trim everything that didn't work in my garden, the work of their crew is excellent

Our first experience with Cutting Edge Tree Services was just great! Tom answered my questions and promptly sent a cost estimate for trimming our large mesquite tree. The service team arrived on the scheduled date and was professional, safety-conscience and efficient. Tom’s service team not only did a wonderful job trimming and thinning our mesquite, but they completely removed all the trimmings and other ground debris. I’ll be calling Tom again in the spring for the next service. Thanks to Tom and his service team!

I don't have enough room here to share our great experience with Daniel Walsh at Next Generation Tree Care. Daniel first met with us when we moved into our new home. We're first time home owners in a new geographic area and didn't know a lot about landscaping or native species or just general know-how. Daniel took the time to discuss and explain everything with us. First we hired him to remove a small shrubby plant that we didn't like and he trimmed our Ficus. The Ficus was creating some very large problems with structural damage to the home and we needed the work done quickly and carefully.

Everyone knows that Ficus trees can cause damage when left to their own devices. Daniel didn't cut the top off (e.g. broccoli style) like most tree trimming that you see - he carefully and thoughtfully trimmed/pruned/manicured the tree inside and out. It looks amazing and still provides the shade we hoped to have to endure the summer.

After our amazing experience and talking through some of our ideas for making our home our own - we decided to have him do some more work. We went through the process of buying trees, Daniel consulted with us throughout the entire process - helped us figure out which ones we wanted, then he went to pick out the trees himself even driving to another location to make sure he had the best selection for our needs. He planted our trees and in the process a few snafus came up and he handled it professionally - consulting with us on solutions and efficiently solving the issues.

Our yard looks beautiful and we can't wait to enjoy it all year around. Daniel also knows many other trades related to trees having lived here and knowing the area - he has a lot of neighborly tips and helpful advice that he shared openly with us. He's a stellar individual and business person. I highly recommend him for any consultation or work with your trees.

I've been going to Arbor Care for my tree-trimming services for the past year now. Their aborists are professional and timely with their work and I have never had a bad experience. These guys really care about the work that they do and will exceed your expectations. They we're able to remove, stump grind and clean up 2 mature trees I had to cut to make room for other projects in just a couple hours.
