Best Tree Care Home in Phoenix AZ

We had a tree that continues to need to be replanted and staked. Tree Pros came out and trimmed back the tree and restated so it will not tip over again. Tree other trees. Backyard is looking good.

I have used DTM for years. Ben is the arborist that I have worked with over the years. He is knowledgeable, professional, and his company always performs. I recently needed a tree removed for major plumbing repairs. As soon as I gave them the green light, they were out here within a day to do the job. Highly recommend this company.

Rick and his crew did an excellent job trimming and resurrecting our palm trees, one of which appeared to be dead. A short time later it was very much alive. I’ve used them twice now and will continue with them for sure.

We contacted PV Trimmers for two trees we needed trimmed. They came out quickly to give us an estimate. They explained what they planned to do and gave us an estimate quickly. They told us that they could use the mulch for Phoenix parks which appealed to us. Once we decided to use them, they got the contract to us right away and scheduled to come the next day. The trees look great and they cleaned up very well. We are very pleased. Thank you PV Trimmers.

I had Jesse's team take out a Sisso Tree stump and root system that was tearing up my irrigation system. They took the entire system out, and repaired a couple leaks that showed up in the irrigation system (may or may not have been caused by the excavation, but they repaired them anyway!) They cleaned up the area and it looks great. Also, very friendly and professional crew. Would use them again for this type of project.

Highly recommended in chandler and Ahwatukee!! These fellas are skilled at what they do !! If you need a good landscape company give them a call !!!

These guys are fantastic and they’re trimming expertise is an art form. Also, they have a special route fertilizer formula that all my fruit trees love. They also trim my palms. Everything is fantastic.

Had them out to clear the back of the property that was filled with Stag horn Chollas and other native desert scrub, as well as several overgrown palo verdes. Came out on a Saturday to provide an estimate and were able to start the work on my schedule. Spent 2 days clearing out the desert and left it better than I had expected. They were very respectful, wore masks, and kept their distance when needed. Would recommend and will use them again for any landscaping needs.

These people are con artists. Don't ever pay up front. They have a trail of unfinished businesses throughout the entire valley!!! DON'T GIVE THESE GUYS MONEY UP FRONT!!! $0!!!

Had four palm trees clean and trimmed as well as three citrus trees.

I don't really know who gives reviews about this company they never answer the phone at anytime day nights or weekends confusing.

I hired Hummingbird Tree Care last year and they did a fantastic job. However, I’ve attempted to hire them twice and twice they were a no show.

Our first no show was November 3rd 2022. Johnny confirmed our appointment about a two weeks prior. However, was then completely non responsive when we texted or called to verify we were still on for our appointment 24 hours before. Of course day of he never showed. We even called and texted to make sure he was ok? Again no explanation or return call.

After months of not hearing from him I called and spoke to him (this time he answered) I explained he had done work for us in the past and we would like to have him out to crown our tree. He asked if I could send him photos. I was driving at the time and forgot to send them. So the next day he texted me a reminder. I immediately sent photos. We exchanged texts and I was given a price of 1200.00. I agreed to the fee and he confirmed he would arrive on February 16th between 7-8am. I texted him on Monday the 13th to verify we’re still set (given our past experience). Again no response and again a no show on the 16th. I called both numbers he has on the internet with no option to leave a message with either. Therefore, I texted him and emailed him asking for an explanation? Again non responsive.

I am disgruntled because I took off work, boarded my dog, and picked up the yard/took down stringed light—all in anticipation of our trees being serviced. Not once but twice for him to no show. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I guess he doesn’t value 1200.00 and lacks human decency to notify people of rescheduling or postponing a job if they’re setback due to inclement weather or employee shortages etc.

We are completely understanding people. Heck we offered him a second chance and didn’t hold the first no show against his company. However, two no shows is where I draw the line and write an honest review. Hopefully, others do not experience the unprofessionalism of hummingbird tree care.

Don’t waste your time with this company.
