Everything was timely & well done!

Just had a 40 foot Pecan tree removed. Three was within 3 feet of my house, and had a area rotting. Hayward's crew was quick, clean, and totally professional. From the time they showed up, to leaving, less then 2 hours, and you would not know they were even there. Very impressive. Will use them again this fall.

The company answered my first phone call, had an estimator out the next day, the estimator provided a quote promptly that was consistent with all the other quotes I received. The estimator had a crew ready to trim the trees the next morning (48 hours after the initial phone call). The crew arrived on time early in the morning and even politely waited until a decent time to start as to not disturb the neighbors. The crew worked hard, quickly and efficiently and had a huge amount of work done in a short amount of time. The crew went above and beyond what I had expected to be done and I couldn't be happier with the entire service. 10/10 would recommend!!

The estimates that were provided were priced great and at a much better rate than some of the other companies we requested estimates from. The owner gave us his advice as to how we should handle the our tree situations and even recommended us taking a cheaper course of action as opposed to a more expensive one. He is also a certified arborist who was able to assess issues with our trees. The crew preforming the work has always been respectful and has left our property immaculate once the job has been completed. The work performed exceeded my expectations and left my property looking amazing. I would highly recommend this company.
