We contracted with Paul Britt to have two Sissou trees removed they were Huge and shading my solar panels and destroying my block and brick walls. Do not plant Sissou trees in your yard. Paul was very professional and explained the entire process from removal, treating the stumps and removal of the stumps. The crew arrived supervised by Oscar and they were professional and completed the removal of these two trees in record time. The diameter of the trunks were about two feet. The workers were very safe in their work and protected our other trees and structure from damage. The trunk treatment company arrived on time to complete their work. Oscar's crew did a fantastic clean up leaving it better than the found it. I would highly recommend Tree Pros and will use them again for tree trimming and tree removal. We contacted PV Trimmers for two trees we needed trimmed. They came out quickly to give us an estimate. They explained what they planned to do and gave us an estimate quickly. They told us that they could use the mulch for Phoenix parks which appealed to us. Once we decided to use them, they got the contract to us right away and scheduled to come the next day. The trees look great and they cleaned up very well. We are very pleased. Thank you PV Trimmers.

Been dealing with this company for a week now. We seen the character of the company in the past 2 days. Very disappointed in the service after agreeing to let them come out after having our appointment pushed back not once not twice but three times and then asked to reschedule for the next morning. Upon receiving a text at 6:51 AM this morning stating they were on the property and ready to do work. Was hesitant but allowed as my disabled veteran uncle had passed and trying to upkeep his property. I was advised that they would charge me $65 and do a clean up for free. This was not the case the individual stated they were at the property for over 2 hours which is not true as I checked up on them 2 times . While the tree was trimmed they did not do a proper clean up. Ended up paid a bill over $100. Needless to say the contract was terminated.

Finally a tree service that cares about trees and the quality of their work!! Several of my trees were in bad shape (sickly) due to the previous trimmings, these guys showed up on-time and in a professional manner. They did far more then what I expected at a fair price, best of all there were no surprises and my trees look great!!

This is the first time I used a tree trimming service as my trees were getting too large for myself and my landscapers to take care of. Their arborist came and gave us a quote for trimming 6 trees on our property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and emailed me the quote right away, which was more reasonable than the other quote received.
The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and competent. It consisted of two tree cutters and 2-3 helpers/assistants. I went out several times to check on them but they knew exactly what they were doing. Having taken a class on tree trimming at the Desert Botanical Garden myself I knew what not to do, and they did too.
I gladly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Better pricing than their competitors and responsive office staff that quickly worked through some scope/pricing options with me. The day of, they did exactly what they said they'd do. They cut down a large pine tree (40+ ft) in my backyard in under 4 hours without causing any damage to my masonry wall or pool deck, which it was sandwiched in between. They cut down 3 smaller trees in the front yard and grinded the stumps. When I came home you could never tell there was anything there, and everything was cleaned nicely. Would definitely hire again.

We've worked with Ed for several years now (he comes out every year to help make sure our trees are ready for monsoon season), he is fantastic - affordable, reliable, on time and very responsive. He does great work and the crew is very conscious about cleaning up after the trees are cut back.

This is our 3rd year using Hungry Tree for trimming our olive trees and spraying them to stop olive/fruit production. Excellent customer service and their work outstanding. They clean up nicely as well.

This company is AMAZING!!! Not only were they prompt, polite and very professional, their work was beyond expectations! We have an extremely large mesquite tree that needed lots of TLC! They took care of it & it looks wonderful! We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

called for an estimate they agreed to come out on Thursday no show not even a call to let me know they wasn't coming. when i called them to see what happen they hanged up on me. what a waste of time i suggest find another tree company

I have mixed feeling about this review. I hired Divine Design to maintain my yard after I purchased a home and already had the initial clean up /trim etc. completed by another company. Divine Design quoted me for monthly maintenance including trees, debris. weed and water irrigation.

The quoted price was reasonable and I liked the fact that they have an only portal you sign up and insert a payment method and they auto bill after service.

First, I indicated when I started that I wanted monthly service starting in one month. Keep in mind the yard had just been cleaned up. They showed up two weeks early. I wasn't expecting the service so soon and wasn't in the area for more than a day after the service was completed. I gave the crew the benefit of the doubt that the condition my yard was in when I returned was due to weather in the more than 24 hours since it was serviced.

Fast forward two weeks and I get notice of another scheduled visit. I email them ensuring I had signed up for monthly not bi monthly. They agreed and I was to be monthly. A month rolls by with no scheduled service. Week five I email and I am on the schedule for that week. I didn't sign up for service every five weeks.

Fast forward to month two and they are late and pushed it to the next day which I happened to be working from home. They showed up, spent ~20ish minutes where they blew out the yard and put debris into a bucket. Within 10 minutes of them leaving I went outside to inspect and immediately sent cellphone picture's to Clara. They rushed the job. I had plant debris in my yard that wasn't even from my trees that they failed to collect. I also had weeds that per their quote were to be pulled and the roots sprayed. That didn't happen. Clara assured me they would be sent out again to redo it. This was a Saturday and they came back on the following Friday. No better than before. This time I provided video. Clara offered to send them a third time to which I don't understand that if the crew can't get it right in two trips what was the third trip going to provide but I agreed to let them try. I got an email saying they were running late and would be out the next day instead. That was a week ago and no visit or notification on status.

I am appreciative that they have refunded me the fee they charged for the lack luster maintenance. Two stars instead of one is because Clara tried but the crew doesn't perform the quality of job they are quoting to deliver.

Either lower your rates to the quality of maintenance you are providing (ie plant matter and weeds left in the yard which I wouldn't have signed up for) or ensure your crews can deliver the level of service you are quoting your customers. I removed my payment method this morning and I will find another company.

If you want to have to clean your own yard and pull weeds after this company services it for $123.50 a month then this is the company for you.

To be clear. I have been refunded and I have given full credit in my review for that but that doesn't change the hours of wasted time I spent dealing with this over the last month+

These people are con artists. Don't ever pay up front. They have a trail of unfinished businesses throughout the entire valley!!! DON'T GIVE THESE GUYS MONEY UP FRONT!!! $0!!!

Christian has removed a couple trees at my fathers house. He did a excellent job at a extremely complex removal out front by climbing it and sectioning it off into pieces, they fell perfectly and hit the intended spot every time he is a expert with that saw and I recommend his skills to anyone!

I don't really know who gives reviews about this company they never answer the phone at anytime day nights or weekends confusing.

I hired Hummingbird Tree Care last year and they did a fantastic job. However, I’ve attempted to hire them twice and twice they were a no show.

Our first no show was November 3rd 2022. Johnny confirmed our appointment about a two weeks prior. However, was then completely non responsive when we texted or called to verify we were still on for our appointment 24 hours before. Of course day of he never showed. We even called and texted to make sure he was ok? Again no explanation or return call.

After months of not hearing from him I called and spoke to him (this time he answered) I explained he had done work for us in the past and we would like to have him out to crown our tree. He asked if I could send him photos. I was driving at the time and forgot to send them. So the next day he texted me a reminder. I immediately sent photos. We exchanged texts and I was given a price of 1200.00. I agreed to the fee and he confirmed he would arrive on February 16th between 7-8am. I texted him on Monday the 13th to verify we’re still set (given our past experience). Again no response and again a no show on the 16th. I called both numbers he has on the internet with no option to leave a message with either. Therefore, I texted him and emailed him asking for an explanation? Again non responsive.

I am disgruntled because I took off work, boarded my dog, and picked up the yard/took down stringed light—all in anticipation of our trees being serviced. Not once but twice for him to no show. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I guess he doesn’t value 1200.00 and lacks human decency to notify people of rescheduling or postponing a job if they’re setback due to inclement weather or employee shortages etc.

We are completely understanding people. Heck we offered him a second chance and didn’t hold the first no show against his company. However, two no shows is where I draw the line and write an honest review. Hopefully, others do not experience the unprofessionalism of hummingbird tree care.

Don’t waste your time with this company.
