The arborist and the applications specialist both seemed to have a great deal of expertise and provided me with many excellent recommendations for my 5 different kinds of trees as well as my shrubs. The team who did the work of trimming the trees and rejuvenation pruning the shrubs also were experts and did a really nice job.

Andy Cruz was very professional in assessing our needsand preparing and detailed workplan The turnover of plan to actual providers of services worked well. Rodriguez and his crew were excellent and did one of the best trimming jobs we have ever had done. Will call this vendor first in the future and ask for the same crew leader in the future.

I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.

Our first experience with Cutting Edge Tree Services was just great! Tom answered my questions and promptly sent a cost estimate for trimming our large mesquite tree. The service team arrived on the scheduled date and was professional, safety-conscience and efficient. Tom’s service team not only did a wonderful job trimming and thinning our mesquite, but they completely removed all the trimmings and other ground debris. I’ll be calling Tom again in the spring for the next service. Thanks to Tom and his service team!

Great company! The only issue I’ve had is that I’ve had to remind them several times to ensure they completely close the gate to my backyard so that my dog doesn’t escape into the neighborhood.

Mike was very quick to provide an estimate for diagnosing any tree and shrub problems and fixing any irrigation issues. We also contracted for pruning. The work was done promptly. Afterward when we had issues with our sprinklers, we couldn't get a call back. Finally reached him . He sent one of the guys over to take a look and we were told that we had leaks in the irrigation system because our system was so old. The house is one year old!!. Our guess is that the leaks were caused by their installers. So, $800 later, we've had to hire an irrigation repair conpany. Beware of this company.

I have used Scottsdale Tree trimmers before so consequently when I needed to have 2 huge Jacarandas removed I called them. The estimate was appropriate, the crew does a thorough, excellent work. They chip the tree and remove the stump in QuickTime! Not disappointed and gladly will use them again. I also think The arborist is helpful should problems arise with my cypress trees.

I had been a customer for a couple years and all was good (5 stars) until their crew botched trimming my shrubs (4 stars) five days before Thanksgiving. I spoke with Sergio who promised to have them out to fix the trim before Thanksgiving but he never did. He then avoided my calls so I fired him. Bottom line: They were great until they weren't.

Arborcraft was the ONLY service that showed up to give an estimate out of 4 places contacted. Clayton was friendly and understood why I wanted the tree removed. He and his staff communicated openly when he was able to move up the removal date by 10 days! They accomplished the task perfectly and the cleanup was immaculate. There wasn't even a hint of sawdust to be found anywhere! Remarkable value and service!
