Hey did a great job of trimming both trees and also feeding one. The crew I was great and made sure we were happy with the work.

Jasons team came out and removed a huge dead pine tree at one of my rental homes ,I was super happy there was zero damage .........all other tree services......... would not even touch the tree was verry dangerous , thanks alot to the jasons team as i will be using them again to put a tree near the one they took out , thanks again jasons team

I liked the efficient positive way the estimate was made to the way the workers went about removing my trees. Their cleanup was much better than I expected. They even blew the dead leaves out of my flowers! So glad I chose Hayward.

We had a very large tree removed by Harris & Sons. They were very responsive and cost effective. They cut our tree down, ground the stump and cleaned up the entire area. There was no damage to our yard. Most impressive is Norm Harris supervised the whole process.

I reached out to this company for a quote for tree trimming which they gave me and then I asked for their availability and never heard back from them. A couple hours later I receive a picture of my tree trimmed asking for payment when I did not schedule any services with them. Very unprofessional on their end if they would of waiting till I authorized the service I would of continued using them!

I'm a contractor and have used many different trades through the years. Any more it is very rare people, workers and or companies show up and do what they are suppose to let alone do a quality job!!! I was very impressed Branch Management showed up on time, did a very professional job AND left the job site cleaner than before they started. Also the cost for the job was very fair and they billed me exactly what they quoted me. I highly recommend Branch Management Tree Service. Arrived 45 minutes after scheduled time.

The foreman (not sure if this is his title but obviously was the one in charge) did NOT wear a face mask when discussing items with me and did not practice social distancing. I was wearing one and I would expect you as a company to provide a face mask to those employees who will be in direct contact with the customer.

Additionally after waiting one month for the service they arrive with the wrong equipment and could not complete the stump grinding after tree removal. I would expect the person creating the estimates to take certain items into account to make sure the correct equipment is scheduled for the correct home.

The workers also left trash (ripped gloves etc) in my yard. They also broke a piece of my sprinkler system.

This is the second time I've used this company and will be the last.
