We contacted Tree Pro to have a tree in the side yard removed. The arborist came to the house to give us and estimate and went over what they would do and even pointed out a few things we hadn't thought of. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We accepted the estimate and then Jessie and his team came and cut the tree down. They were fast and efficient, friendly and very easy to work with. A couple of weeks later the stump removers came and removed the stump. They listened to us and our concerns, again they were very easy to work with. We are very happy with the final results.Kathy & Denise

I scheduled an estimate where the person requested to cancel the appointment, but not until it was 5 minutes before they were to show up. I rescheduled for the following Saturday which ended in a no show with no response from the number that was being used for messaging. I’m sure this may not normal, but this was my experience.

Winds and rain from Hurricane Rosa brought down part of a gnarly, 35 yr old palo verde and left it perched precariously on top of my Bowflex. We usually do our own yard work. But after starting the cleanup we decided it was too dangerous to finish. The American Tree & Landscape crew took extra care removing the big branch, then felled the tree and ground the stump. No damage to the bowflex or adjacent block wall. Great cleanup too. Thanks to hard working Juan, Gabriele and Christian.

The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. I've never used an actual arborist before and I'm glad that I happened upon this team on my first go round. From the beginning they were professional and informative. On the day of the job, the crew showed up within the alloted time frame, knocked out my never before pruned tree, gave it some much needed vitamins and made a well around it. Their quote for me was fair and very reasonable. I most certainly will call upon them again!

I was very happy with the work done by Liberty Tree. They were accommodating to the fact that my work schedule is unpredictable and communicated largely by text. They were quick to respond to my yelp inquiry and someone was able to set up an appointment in a timely manner.

The crew worked quickly and efficiently on the job and was even accommodating to trimming up an additional bush when I asked. I was charged the price I expected to pay based on the initial conversation. I am pleased to have worked with them!

Joe and his crew were professional and courteous. They were efficient at removing 3 queen palms from my yard and left my yard cleaner than it was. They were knowledgeable about how to treat the stumps and what I could do now that the trees were cut down. They even removed an old stump I hadn't asked them to remove that was dried out! They were a great price and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I used Cam tree Care when I first moved into my house. We had a ton of evergreen trees that were essentially dead. And a ton of palms that hadn't been trimmed in years. OMGoodness they were amazing. They came early, they were fast, and they cleaned up their mess. They were polite and appreciative for being able to serve our needs. If I could rate them higher than a 5 star I would. They are amazing.

This company needs to get their drivers driving classes. Just had a driver in a company truck cut us off on the highway (60 by McClintock) and then, immediately afterward, we changed lanes and he would have sideswiped us trying to merge into us if we didn't swerve onto the shoulder. Ridiculous. Hope he got wherever he was going on time because he sure was in a hurry to get there.

ABC Scapes is contracted by our HOA for landscaping services. I have bushes totally blocking my 1st floor windows that haven’t been trimmed in months. ABC employee shows up with a hand pruner to trim a 8 X 10 bush. I sent them photos of the bush so they should have known what equipment to bring.

Employee leaves and never comes back. I have left 4 messages and can not get a return call. Terrible customer service. I wish our condos would use another landscaper.
