Daniel Walsh, owner of Next Generation Tree Care, is the consummate professional. He, and his excellent assistant, Carlos, arrived early and finished early! It was a tough and technical tree removal job, but no match for Daniel! They were very friendly, and left the area cleaned up better than when they arrived. Oh, forgot to mention, his quote was very fair as well. Well below the competition, and he was the only one that actually came out to the site to quote. Gosh, wouldn't it be great if all contractors/professionals worked like Daniel and Next Gen Tree Care!!!

As a professional Firefighter I pride myself on providing great customer service everyday. That is exactly what Fabian and his company provided for me. I called and told him I had 10 Palm Trees that hadn't been trimmed in over 2 years and needed lots of trimming. He asked me to send him some pictures and he not only gave me an honest fair quote. But they were able to come out and do the job all in the same day. Our Trees look fantastic and they made sure our yard was clean and back in order before they left. We love Veterans Family Tree Service. We have been using them for 4 years now and they do n amazing job. We have had several large trees removed and they trim our palm trees every year. They clean up afterwards and you can barely tell they have been there other than the great looking trees! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs any tree work done :).

The process to get an estimate was super convenient and I was able to schedule the work right away. The quality of the work done was top notch. Riley went above and beyond and really cared about how my yard looked and was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She even texted me a picture of the work when it was done because she knew I was excited to see the outcome! And on top of all that, the price came out lower than the competitor's quote. *Highly* recommended!!

I scheduled with Divine Design Landscaping to come to my home to address our growing weed issue. The weeds were quite out of control. The crew had to reschedule due to rain, but they came the very next day. They trimmed down all the weeds and groomed the yard. They certainly did not pull all the weeds (like I would have), but that was not expected. Hopefully my yard looks great again in the coming weeks once the weeds die. Scheduling was super easy, all done via email and the company is very responsive and clear. You know what you are going to get. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I would use the company again.

On May 14 2020, Phoenix Tree Removal took down two 17 year old ficus trees from our small NW Phoenix front yard. Lance and Chris are fast and accurate in everything they do. Lance knew exactly where each huge limb would land. We didn't have to take down the front yard fence . A small shrub growing between the trees wasn't touched. Nothing broken. After the trees were removed they ground down both stumps, then raked the yard and cleaned up the front yard, driveway, street and anything that blew into an adjacent yard. They even blew the leaves out of our garage! This is the most professional , pleasant and hardworking people we've ever hired. Their price was excellent!! I got a bid from an arbor company that quoted $4,300 and said a crane had to be used. NOT TRUE!!! Their price was more than 3 times less than that ! LANCE and Chris are amazing! Great tree removal company, I couldn't have asked for more! I live on the Paradise Valley / Scottsdale border and was worried the city was going to fine me for a dead tree over my back wall. Rob removed the tree and didn't even hurt the wall. Very impressive!
