I was referred to your company and when I saw your reviews I decided to request a quote. I received a call from your company once I filled out the online form and setup an appointment for Thursday, August 20th, 2020 in the afternoon. I was told I would get a call on Wednesday the 19th to confirm a more accurate time arrival but I never received a call. I waited until 3:48pm to call your company on Thursday the 20th to find out that the Arborist was unable to contact me. That makes absolutely no sense since I was contacted by phone by your company to set up the appointment in the first place and once again when I called to find out what had happened and you tried to reach out to the Arborist (then called me right back on the same number).I took time off to meet with your company. At that point in time the employee on the phone offered for a new appointment to be setup 1 week later (I know everyone is busy but I had already waited 4 days). She then tried to see if the Arborist could still come that evening and I said no, I will not be doing business with you.Less than an hour later, one of your employees showed up at my door. That is completely unacceptable. It is was inappropriate and unprofessional after I politely declined to spend money with your company after being blown off previously. You wasted my time and money by failing to meet an appointment that required me to make arrangements so that I could leave my job to meet with you. For you not to respect a homeowner's wishes and still show up uninvited at that point was simply impermissible.

Radley's Tree Service did an amazing job for us. We had tough Sissoo Trees to be removed, they took care of it quickly and for a great price. Sam and his team are pros!

American tree and landscape company provided great service! They were able to come out the same day that I called them which was a lifesaver as I was on a very tight schedule. The crew was responsive, respectful, and very hard-working. I would definitely call again!

They removed a large dead oak tree for me. Tree was down in no time, and the area left so clean you'd never know a tree was ever there! Mark and his crew also trim my palm trees. They can be trusted to do a great job.

We had Elite tend to our 3 trees. They installed new irrigation to our trees and then deeply feed them. They gave us a hugh bottle of liquid fertilizer to use
monthly. Every person who showed up were all amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair. I was so very happy with the work from Juan and his guys! We do not have grass so I wasn't quite sure how much of a difference I would see but it had been a while since and up keep had been done to our front and back yard. They did such a wonderful job, both my front and back yard looked extremely tidy and all of our crazy trees and brushes were tamed. I gave them no direction in regards to what needed to be done and they took control for an outstanding outcome! Thanks so much guys!

I have two mesquites in my front yard, one of which lost a sizable branch in a recent storm. The larger tree towers over my house, so I wanted to thin it out ASAP to prevent any major damage to the house. An arborist, Juan was available the next day to provide an estimate, and both trees were trimmed the following day with all waste hauled away. I'm very satisfied with the result and thought the price was quite reasonable.

They did a absolutely outstanding job in our backyard yesterday. They removed several pieces of large heavy curbing and removed dead plants, then they hauled in and spread 12 ton of rock all in about 6hrs! Absolutely amazing job!! Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. Cut a very large dead branch from our eucalyptus tree and thinned dead branches from 2 silk oaks. Very thorough - recommend this company and will use them again!
