Very professional and efficient. Had my huge ash tree removed and the stump and roots ground down, and were careful not to touch my sprinklers! Cleaned everything up when they were finished. Very satisfied with Hayward’s tree service and highly recommend them!

As a professional Firefighter I pride myself on providing great customer service everyday. That is exactly what Fabian and his company provided for me. I called and told him I had 10 Palm Trees that hadn't been trimmed in over 2 years and needed lots of trimming. He asked me to send him some pictures and he not only gave me an honest fair quote. But they were able to come out and do the job all in the same day. Our Trees look fantastic and they made sure our yard was clean and back in order before they left. They did a absolutely outstanding job in our backyard yesterday. They removed several pieces of large heavy curbing and removed dead plants, then they hauled in and spread 12 ton of rock all in about 6hrs! Absolutely amazing job!! I'd give less than 1 star if i could i just want pleople to know what crooks and liars this company is. They way over charge, dont give notice of past due accounts and steal money from people who gave passed on. Then flat out LIE about the tiny security depoist they wete suppose to refun. Not that covers anything close to what my fathers account was hijacked for.
