We recently used Arrowhead Decking to resurface our backyard patios and cool decking. The crew was awesome. Professional, informative outstanding customer service. We had anticipated a big mess. Hi there I have a lotto say about this company I could leave a long review but to sum it up in a few words did what they said they where going to do and with no hidden surprises awesome ???

After receiving five estimates to repair and resurface the decking around my 14 year old pool, I decided to have NLKD do the job. Dave the owner came to my home and after examining my deck, gave me an estimate which was $1000.00 lower than my highest estimate. He explained what process he uses and it was the same that everyone else uses. NLKD had good reviews so I decided that I would contract with them. Dave said that when he got back to the office, he would check their calendar to see when they could start. Kelly contacted me from the office and said they could start on 9-14-22 and the job would take 2-3 days. The crew, Brandon and Angel were due to arrive between 8 & 9 on the 14th. The office contacted me on the 13th to advise me that they were running a little behind on a previous job and the crew would be at my home a couple of hours late on the 14th. ( most companies don’t let you know and leave you guessing). Anyway, they showed up at approx. 11:00 and immediately went to work. These two workers are the best that I have ever encountered. They did not waste any time getting started and had my pool bubble wrapped in no time and masked everything around the pool that could have received overspray from the process they used. On Friday, the 16th, Brandon and Angel finished my Kool Deck resurfacing and it looks better than it ever has. Brandon and Angel uncovered the pool, removed all of the masking that they had done and cleaned up any mess that they had made while completing the job. I cannot say enough good things about these two guys.
One other thing I would like to mention is the honesty and integrity of this company. When Dave examined my decking for the estimate.he found several areas where he felt that the cement was deteriorating and that those areas would require extra attention and a special coating to seal it. On the estimate this was a $300 charge. I asked Brandon how the cement looked after he finished grinding the coating off. He said that it looked fine and and didn’t feel that the special coating was going to be necessary after all. I mentioned this to Dave Sheehan, the owner, and he said that since Brandon felt that it wasn’t necessary, I had a refund of $300.00 coming back. A few days later Dave stopped by and presented me with my refund. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this company and his employees and highly recommend them to anyone that may need the type of concrete repair that they do. It should also be noted that I am not affiliated with or compensated by this company.

They managed to revive our old, cracked pool decks that is safe for the kids. I am thrilled with how my pool area looks now!

I have refinished concrete decks, as well had others attempt to correct the spalling on my pool deck. Sledge concrete went above my personal bar for perfection.

What a difference. I had Bob and his crew put a new coating on my pool deck. I opted for a flagstone pattern to match the existing decor. They did a great job and delivered exactly what was promised. I have more projects in the garage and front yard that Bob will definitely be doing. Thanks again.

I didn't think we ever needed rubber stone on our patio until we actually got it and we love it so much that it's the only thing we'll use on our next home's patio/pool deck. Looks amazing, soft on our daughters feet, and stays cooler than pool decking even in the hottest summer days. **100% Recommend**

Sean and his Mountainscapers crew were the most professional, creative, and truly reliable landscaping team I've ever worked with. Sean used his expertise not only execute what we wanted, but drew our attention to possibilities we hadn't considered and are SO happy with. Start to finish, the project progressed just as he said it would, and his follow-through is very professional. We are absolutely thrilled with our yard - people compliment it constantly - and will use Mountainscapers for our next project. Beyond impressed, as he is a rare find in his industry!

They did an epoxy finish on my patio floor. Everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with the results. I would and have given this companys name to friends and family. They also were very pleased with the work they have done.

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. Professional and skilled workmanship that we are so excited to show off to family and friends. Highly recommend!

They were by far and away one of the best contractors I used when doing a full remodel of my home. They were extremely attentive to my needs and wants and really went above and beyond to handle things when they were convenient for me and not necessarily for them. Their crew was awesome. Super nice. Great attitude. Would explain to my wife, son, and myself what they were doing and why throughout the entire process. Would use them over and over again. Great process and great results.
