Manny did a great job power washing my back patio, pool deck, and getting a bad chemical stain lifted from the concrete outside. He was friendly, timely, and did a thorough job. He pointed out the risk of power washing a couple things and sought my approval before I gave him the go ahead to do it anyway, which I really appreciated. Other companies seemed very afraid of this stain that hardened on my concrete and prompted me to reach out, and Manny got it up within minutes. They were so easy to work with, very timely, sent me a proposal and had a fair price. Did I mention they were also available same day? Will definitely hire them again.
