We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. They did our job in 3 days last week. Several crews would come to help to make sure it was done quickly and properly. The equipment they use is loud but that's expected. The crews did not add to the noise no cranking music or loud yelling. They were quick and efficient as well as polite and generous with time explaining the steps as they progressed. We will be using them for another project soon to do our garage. This is not a cheap process but we feel that the quality and warranty make it a great value. Highly recommend Galaxy

Wow, what kind of company allows the company truck to be driven by rude employees? Pulling out of Walmart and cutting off a car then laughing about it. How can you trust as company that hires that type of employees???

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is really horrible. I have always heard stories about contractors/subcontractors doing bad work and then disappearing but I had never had it happen to me. I hired this company to remove old concrete from my porch and then to pour a new porch and some steps. The job was so poor I could not believe it. The aggregate was clearly visible on every step and the porch is a mess. I have tried to reach out to them several times but have never even got a response. I am happy that I did not pay them in full because I had to have my steps completely removed and redone. My porch is a different matter entirely. I am trying to find someone to fix all of the mistakes but it is hard. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and the state register. I would stay very far away from this company.

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
