Arrowhead Deck and pools has some of the worst customer service ever. They are ripping my good friend Tyler off for $28,000 and are refusing to finish their work. Do not use them if you have any morals

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

We have had a number of jobs done for us by Mikko Pasanen of Miko LLC.

Perhaps the one requiring the most creativity and skill was remodeling our next-to-the-master-bedroom spa-with-hot-tub and stone work into a very nice and comfortable art studio with cabinets, sink, and its own heating and cooling system.

We worked out the details together, and the work was done beautifully — even more so than we had imagined — and on time, by workers who were a real pleasure to have around.

Every time we have hired Miko LLC for a remodel or repair job, it’s been the same story: The work was done right, on time, and with minimal mess. And Mikko is a treat to know.

They did an excellent job of replacing my roof. In the process, they removed the old swamp cooler, solar panels and antenna. The project leader was always available to discuss details as the project proceeded. In the end he personally took care of miscellaneous details to complete the job. The crew did a great job of cleaning up every day.

We had several quotes for a full roof replacement + patio fixes and PCC Roofing & Construction blew all the others out of the water with their great pricing, quality materials, in house carpentry for our patio rebuild & fantastic warranties. Javier isn’t like most people you call to get something fixed. He shows up on time, has wonderful communication skills, he does what he says he’s going to do even better and quicker than he says he’s going to do it. I wish he offered other services…we need more Javiers! He resurfaced our patio and kooldecking to all match. It looks fantastic!
