Very happy with my PV system from PEP Solar. I have had my system installed for about 2 years now, and I am returning to PEP for other ways to increase the energy efficiency of my home.

Working with Sean, I found him to be very patient in answering all of my questions from the original install, and he was very thorough and professional throughout the process. And I had a lot of questions. The installation crew was also professional and efficient. I had one small issue with a panel communication, and PEP came back to fix it immediately (within 2 days). I have had no problems since.

Now that I have a couple of years under my belt, I am now looking at other options to move forward with green investments.

I would recommend PEP to any friends and family interested in reducing their carbon footprint and investing in the future.

Got Solar panels installed in the attic to keep it cool during the summer. My bill dropped dramatically each month. The house now is 10 times cooler in the hot hot summer. Highly recommend solar panels to anyone. They are a money saver and were easy and convenient.

The installation went fine but the sales department is a whole different ball game. I was given false information, I wasn't even made aware of helpful information that would have been crucial in my decision to even purchase the system at all. I have been told someone would be in contact to do an evaluation on the whole system and have not heard a word . Now I have made 5 payments on a system that doesn't come close to what I was told it would be and 3 SRP bills which were soppsed to be replaced by the loan payment give or take a $30 fee from SRP. Instead I am paying $200 a month to SRP + 138.to the loan co/bank. Now I ask you would you like to for heck of it just start making $ 138 a mo. Payment For no reason at all ? If you would I have just the loan # for you to start
