I had a hot water pipe spring a leak. I was referred to this company by my insurance. Adam was my technician. Several blowers were needed to dry out the water damage. He was knowledgeable, respectful of my surroundings and me, and always arrived on time when he said he would arrive to check the blowers. A very professional company!

Helpful and knowledgeable, gave us ease of mind in a stressful situation.

I contacted the Water Mold Fire Restoration about a water damage claim and they came out very quickly. Their staff was all very polite, competent, and professional. They took care to protect the carpets and floors outside of the working areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work.

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

As a property manager here in Glendale, I have used this company several times to restore my water-damaged basements, and they have never failed to impress. In fact, they are my go-to company for all of the properties I manage. Their estimators are always on time, and their maintenance specialists are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The company's staff are very professional and polite, and they do a great job restoring all of my property to its pre-loss condition.

The company provided excellent service. They rebuilt my bathroom after mold remediation. Converted my tub into a shower. The tile guys took extra time to match the tiles so that it looked like the veining matched. They even worked on a Saturday when they weren't scheduled. They were at all times polite, hardworking, knew what they were about. Also very neat.
Cleaned up after themselves every day. Our bathroom is very small but still two people were working in it.
We highly recommend them.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

The best carpet cleaner I have hired!!! I called in Friday because we were moving out on Saturday. Most companies were closed Saturdays but Kamil was able to come in a do an amazing job. We had 4 rooms and he finished just in the right amount of time. It would smell so good passing through the hallway. He also charged better than any other company.
