I hired Jeremy the Handyman/First Leaf Construction to correct a poorly sized attic opening at my older home. Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. This time, Jeremy and team did an outstanding job fixing my old garage doors, replacing rotten window frame wood and patching areas of stucco for painting prep. I have made multiple repairs to fully secure the cabinet doors. Space Solutions uses an inferior workmanship style of staples and glue to hold the cabinet front on (that facing has to hold the very heavy compressed wood doors and hinges). They refused to honor the warranty they provided to me, but I am quite capable to glue the facing and add wood screws to secure it correctly - I just shouldn’t have to. I complained to BBB, but Space Solutions, even though they did not rely to BBB within BBB’s requested timeframe (on multiple occasions) had their rating unaffected (according to BBB, because Space Solutions offered a slight reduction to their service fee to fix their poor workmanship). No thanks. There was a full warranty, which I was forced to prove repeatedly to BBB and Space Solutions. Pick another company-plenty of others out there!

I have to replace the under-cabinet microwave with a range hood to better vent out the kitchen air. When I requested the quote, there are only few responses, and one is not available (booked out till September), one is out of service area, the only positive feedback is Response Crew.

Kelly arrived early before the scheduled time, and tried his best to do the job. However, the scope of the project given to him was not completely the way I mentioned in my quote. I stated that after installing the range hood there are back splash tiles need to be patched up, Kelly was not aware of this, and said they do not provide tile service. I wish they had made that clear.

Also, because the weight and location of the 2 machines, the job usually requires 2 persons to better proceed. I hope the company will consider to equip the technicians with jacks or other appropriate tools to handle the job in the future. In any case, I helped Kelly to finish the job as much as I can with limited supplies from Lowe's (the duct pipes are not flexible, so Kelly needed to do some improvise).

Overall, for the time and cost spent on this project, we are good with the end result.

Old or new llc has been my go to professional for over 20 years. Recently he redid my kitchen and bath cabinets they are now better than new. The care, the professionalism is stellar.. please enjoy the before and after shots... He is also wonderful on other smaller jobs... he has replaced the garbage disposal & faucet with the same care, concern and professionalism... I trust his work whether it is a complete remodel or a simple replacement part. With Old or new LLC the same care, concern & professionalism for the job is there whether large or small.

We contracted the company to make a small pantry for our utility room. After a 3 month wait they arrived for an install not bothering to tell us that the doors weren't finished. After a testy debate regarding full payment for a partial install, they ungraciously left without our final payment (thank goodness we stood firm against full payment) and we haven't had any updates since regarding door delivery. I finally called after 2 weeks and was told by the very polite secretary that the doors had been shipped and that shipments usually arrive within a week. At least someone answered the phone and gave me an update! But it's been two weeks since then and still no doors. The cabinet is nicely made, but it wasn't worth this much trouble. Never again.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
