Waited weeks for appointment to replace slats on 6' gate. Greg shows up late with no materials to do the work. Proceeds to go find materials and returns with nothing. Does nothing. Total waste of time!

Need a actual honest to goodness Handyman that really does know what he is doing? This is the real deal! We had several projects from small to large and Jeremy along with his co-handyman (sorry I forgot your name) finished with QUALITY all of them in less than 5 hours! Like any large job which ours was, there will always be a few issues along the way, especially during COVID-19. Jeff was extremely responsive and unlike so many contractors today, he kept us informed and actually showed up on time when he said he would be there. He is personally very skilled in all aspects of woodworking and quite resourceful. They are flexible to your needs and totally committed to exceeding your expectations.

I would highly recommend Jeff & his company based on our experience.

Awesome Team!!! Jennifer was great to work with over the phone and was very accommodating when I wanted to add additional work to the existing order. I was really happy to see Dennis show up on time wearing a mask. In these times of Covid we are super cautious and he was amazing about keeping it on the whole time he was on our property. Dennis was fantastic to work with. He is very professional, through and has great attention to detail and was meticulous about his work and cleaning up after himself. He also fixed a pocket door which I know isn't something that Response Crew typically deals with but got it working better than it ever has. I highly recommend this team and (Dennis in particular) for any work around your house. I will definitely be using them again!!!

He is also wonderful on other smaller jobs... he has replaced the garbage disposal & faucet with the same care, concern and professionalism... We had New Age do cabinets and counter tops for both our kitchen and master bathroom during a recent remodel. The service they provided was first class from start to finish. The installers were on time and very courteous. They put in a lot of effort to make everything perfect. Victor really knows his stuff and helped us a lot with layout and design. The support team in admin are great. They were very responsive with any questions or concerns. Great people, great work and great prices. Highly recommended !
