I got referred to Handyman Connection through my partner whose parents had used them for a bathroom remodel years ago. We collected a couple of estimates but decided to go with HC because of their competitive quote and their history of doing quality work.

I haven't done a home renovation project before but the first phase was a renovation of the master bathroom. Allen was great with communicating and after a visit to see the potential project he was able to give me a quote which he stuck to.

It took some time to gather all of the materials, but once that was set it didn't take long to schedule the start of work. Mark was the main person in charge of the remodel and he was very friendly, showed up on time every day at 7AM, and did high quality work. There were a couple of things that needed to be adjusted along the way but he made it easy to bring it up and address. He was also good with communicating with us about timelines which was helpful as we coordinated with city permit inspectors as work was completed. In the end we were extremely happy with the finished product.

Because of the great work that they did on the bathroom, we decided to have HC do the flooring and baseboards in the majority of the house. We're also quite pleased with the finished product there too and again there were no surprise costs compared to the original estimate.

I won't hesitate to recommend HC to anyone interested in a renovation and I'll certainly be coming back in the future for projects of my own.

As a poor grad student, I thought I was doomed when the front door to the condo I rent was kicked in overnight. The deadbolt lock and door frame were irreparably damaged, so I was left without a way to lock the only entry door to my home during an extremely busy time in the semester. Luckily, I was quickly contacted by Jennifer with Response Crew after filling out an online form. After snapping a few photos and sending over an e-mail, I was provided with a reasonable quote the very next day. Jennifer understood my situation and that I needed this problem handled quickly and was able to schedule a service appointment within the week. The Response Crew member who fixed my door, Luis, was on-time, friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile: the three cats in my apartment were rather inquisitive of the work he was doing and he made sure that they didn't escape! The finished door looks like nothing ever happened. I was sent an invoice within two hours of the job being completed. The work took exactly as long as quoted, yet the finished project still came in under the quoted budget - a VERY nice surprise.

Cornerstone Cabinets completely modernized our office kitchen! Before they came in we were in the 1980s, now sets the bar completely to 2020 standards. Our remodel is luxuriously updated and is as elegant as I could ever imagine. I had no idea our space had the potential to look so beautiful, but the quality design, workmanship and attention to the smallest details really shows in the completed project. Talk about great service - all the way from scheduling the appointment to the prompt arrival and great work by the handyperson, quality all the way - I will definitely use them again, next time I need home repairs - I needed a number of drywall areas repaired, due to replacing the in-house gas line and it was a solid reconstruction - the repair person was qualified and completely professional - well done!
