Best Bathroom Remodel in Phoenix AZ

I got referred to Handyman Connection through my partner whose parents had used them for a bathroom remodel years ago. We collected a couple of estimates but decided to go with HC because of their competitive quote and their history of doing quality work.

I haven't done a home renovation project before but the first phase was a renovation of the master bathroom. Allen was great with communicating and after a visit to see the potential project he was able to give me a quote which he stuck to.

It took some time to gather all of the materials, but once that was set it didn't take long to schedule the start of work. Mark was the main person in charge of the remodel and he was very friendly, showed up on time every day at 7AM, and did high quality work. There were a couple of things that needed to be adjusted along the way but he made it easy to bring it up and address. He was also good with communicating with us about timelines which was helpful as we coordinated with city permit inspectors as work was completed. In the end we were extremely happy with the finished product.

Because of the great work that they did on the bathroom, we decided to have HC do the flooring and baseboards in the majority of the house. We're also quite pleased with the finished product there too and again there were no surprise costs compared to the original estimate.

I won't hesitate to recommend HC to anyone interested in a renovation and I'll certainly be coming back in the future for projects of my own.

Like any large job which ours was, there will always be a few issues along the way, especially during COVID-19. Jeff was extremely responsive and unlike so many contractors today, he kept us informed and actually showed up on time when he said he would be there. He is personally very skilled in all aspects of woodworking and quite resourceful. They are flexible to your needs and totally committed to exceeding your expectations.

I have engaged the services of Response Crew a couple of times since moving into my new home. They helped me build a sauna, balance some existing ceiling fans and move/reinstall the washer and dryer after the house remodel. They have always been on time, professional and courtesy and cleaned up whatever there was to clean. Our new custom-crafted cabinets are functional and impressive with unique book display features and art presentation spaces. And, they were carefully designed and built to coordinate with the interior architecture of the house.

Old or new llc has been my go to professional for over 20 years. Recently he redid my kitchen and bath cabinets they are now better than new. The care, the professionalism is stellar.. please enjoy the before and after shots... I was impressed with this company from the Very first touchpoint. Randy turned around the quote same day and returned all calls and texts immediately. This should be a standard business practice, I know, but in today’s environment it is more of a differentiator. Chris was the gentlemen that worked on my cabinets. I wanted 2 bathrooms and my hall linen cabinets restrained. After deliberation with Chris he was able to help me select the right paint and color (decided to paint vs stain) the cabinets. Chris had excellent communication and follow up skills, was totally efficient and took great care during the process to protect my walls, floors and belongings. I cannot say enough great things about Chris and he was so nice and professional on top of it all. I also felt the pricing was fair. I highly recommend this company and would use them again should the occasion arise.

Ray of Light was most professional. Mina was our first connection when she came to view the kitchen. She was accurate on her timetable of the job duration. Rene, Saul, Luis and Lupita arrived on time and worked constantly as a well oiled machine. They were polite and respectful of our home. And they enjoyed their work as you could tell when they were together laughing and conversing. The result is beautiful and durable painted cabinets. It was worth every cent.
