Best Tile Flooring in Phoenix AZ

We had our kitchen redone with Superior Stone and Cabinet and the customer service and quality work we had was nothing but stellar. Our project manager, Deyan was excellent since Day 1. He was helpful from layout design to cabinet suggestions that fit our limited budget. He guided us from A to Z from beginning to end. His prompt response and communication made the remodel process that much more efficient in a timely manner. The entire staff were friendly and helpful via in person and over the phone. The installation crew at Superior Stone and Cabinet were on time, detailed oriented, and put together quality work for us. Overall, no complaints from this customer. Thank you Deyan and Superior Stone and Cabinet, Inc. We highly recommend this company.

I am finally posting about this company as I was hoping the initial bad experience would prove to be a small hiccup in the actual project. I had them install shelves in my office a couple of years ago. I had everything ready to go. When they came for install they didn't do the correct measurements. They put holes in my wall that they never patched, and had incorrect counter-top and hardware. Basically the emails weren't read and they made me feel like they just wanted money and they were doing whatever they wanted to my office.
Now, they corrected most everything except for the white counter tops, and the holes in my wall, but for the sake of just getting it done I settled. Fast forward a couple of years and the product is cheap. the facing is coming off and the molding they put up top was NOT coped out and is now separating. Not to mention they did not match the molding to my existing molding. They had good intentions but the stylist did not understand or follow the email. I know they wanted to get in and get out, but this is really not worth their price. Very nice guys with good intentions, just the wrong product and know how. I am having it redone by another company and finishing the other side of my office.

Horrible quality. Not happy at all with how they turned out.

Kitchen Tune-Up was great. From start to finish, they communicated well and were patient with me while I tried to decide what direction to go in on a limited budget. I wound up going with the one day tune-up and had some roll out shelves installed. They didn't try to oversell me and they were on time and efficient. The entire job only took around 4 hrs and the cabinets look great. They even replaced the little bumpers on the inside of the doors. I highly recommend the Mathews. They will restore your faith in contractors!

Josh is so easy to work with; he's intuitive in knowing what you want. The cabinets I ordered for my bathroom arrived on time, within budget, fit perfectly and function well. I do not hesitate to recommend his product and service to you.

I worked with Bri who did an excellent job designing my mid-century modern home. She made the process easy for me by not only designing but by coordinating the art, installation, trades, and work to pull off the design. Definitely 5 star work and service.

They lack customer service and organization..... Had to ask for help even tho there was five employees standing around looking at computer screens. When I finally did get help they told me to feel free to search the yard and when I find a piece I like, to bring it inside and they will price it for me. So I asked where to look in the yard and they didnt even know where their own stock was located. Took about 15 mins to locate some pieces, luckly Im not color blind or I would of been in a real predicament. Question.....
Why do I need to carry the lumber, by hand, into your office to get a price? Rough cut material isnt too nice on the hands.
Porter does have a nice selection and will compliment them with stock on hand.
Only reason I gave 3 stars is because I found the right piece to finish my commisioned build, my customer is most important to my business. All Porter did well was kindly take my money. Tiddy it up, folks.
