Was working with her product on a job where the contractor purchased flat pack boxes from them, we ran out of Staples on site was trying to call them to find out what staples sizes They use. After being hung up twice a and then finally a third time I called back asking to just please give me the size of the staple cause I needed more to be able to complete this installation.

They kept me on hold for 45 minutes didn’t answer. My question hung up on me three times and finally told me to have the main contractor called him back because they did not want to give me the standard size installation, staple that they use. Terribly unprofessional company will never recommend them cannot recommend them.

I would use CFA or HCI for your cabinet needs. Far more professional, and less troublesome installation as well as customer service.

I have been very pleased so far. I called for an estimate and they scheduled me two day out. When it was 4 minutes past our scheduled time he text to let me know he was 5 minutes out. He took measurements and pictures and addressed all my concerns. I got a written bid the very next day. He was also very honest when ask how far out my project would be and how long it would take start to finish. So far very pleased.

I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Wonders of Wood and the fine work they did in refinishing our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. From beginning to end, their process was excellent. The sales representative, Joe, thoroughly explained their process, pricing and payment schedule. After we signed a contract, he gave a schedule for completion and they stuck to it. Their work crew showed up on time every day and worked tirelessly with few breaks. They kept me informed on their progress, paid close attention to detail and ensured that I had use of my kitchen throughout the project. In the end, they delivered a beautiful kitchen. It was hard to believe such a great transformation could happen in just 5 days. We are extremely pleased we would definitely make them our first call for any similar future projects that may arise in the future. Thank you Wonders of Wood.

These guys really know their stuff and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. The cabinets they provided are legit top-quality and look amazing in my space. If you need cabinets, these are the peeps to hit up! Highly recommend!

From the first phone call to Trish (owner/office) to John (owner/sales) to Michael (installer), the experience could not have been better. The cabinets look fantastic and we have already received many compliments. We are most impressed with the quality of the materials, especially the metal edges on the shelves and the finished doors on both sides. John was so responsive in meeting with us and he was able to make a last minute adjustment to the order. We could not be more pleased.

New Generation was great to work with. Anthony came to our home to give us an estimate and we were so grateful for his help. We were trying to decide on exactly what we wanted but were still unsure. He took the time to talk us through the different options and show us examples of some of their other completed projects. They were also really good about working around our schedule and always showed up on time. Our kitchen turned out beautiful. We highly recommend New Generation.

First of all I would like to say that I absolutely love my closets. It makes organization so much easier and I have a place for everything. I would love to give the company a 5 star but unfortunately due to lack of communication with the install coordinator, that is not possible. I absolutely loved working with Nicole Cavasani, the designer. She was professional and so helpful. She stay in constant communication with me through the design process. She worked with my budget and was always looking for ways to save me money by making different suggestion on how I could achieve the look I wanted at a lower cost. The installers were on time and professional and cleaned up after themselves.
As for Gayle, the install coordinator, I would suggest to improve on communication. I expected a call on day that my shipment was scheduled to arrive but I did not, I waited a few days and called only for her to tell me there was a delay in some items. This is fine, no fault of hers but she should have called me and not the other way around. This was the case through the install process, I would always have to call her when there was a delay or issue with scheduling, she never thought to communicate anything with me until I called. I am a very patient person when it comes to customer services because I work in customer service but communication is very important to me. So with that being said for an individual rating, I would give Gayle a 2.5 star. Otherwise, as I stated before, everyone else was great! I would still consider the company for future installs!

They were incredible to work with and they helped us design the layout. The cabinets looked exactly the way we wanted them to. The kitchen looks amazing!

Update as of March 31, 2023. Our job is still unfinished and we haven’t heard from anyone from Sanels. We are currently looking into getting an attorney. Please don’t use this company!

Don’t be deceived by their showroom. What you see in the showroom isn’t what you get. Our cabinets were built so poorly! There are gaps and they don’t sit flush. They don’t tell you when you are purchasing your cabinets that they put paneling on the sides of the cabinets. So when our cabinets were delivered they were missing the paneling. The installers didn’t show up on the day they were supposed to, they sent a different set of installers who didn’t have all the information about the job and weren’t able to complete the job. Sanels didn’t send enough scribe for our cabinets so we are still waiting for the scribe to be installed, the bottom door handles to be installed and we are missing a door to be installed as well. All while we keep calling them to try to get answers and no one returns our calls. When we do talk to someone they just pass the blame onto someone else. So we are left with an unfinished job and no answers as to when it will be finished.

if i could give zero stars i would!!! the CEO DANNY is disgusting, he was making comments to my niece who used to work for him!!! ITS A JOKE. He made commentary very inappropriate!! she was a receptionist for only 2 months and this happened to her. if you buy from this company remember you’re only helping the CEO get away with what he did. It is not the first time.

I love everything about this experience. The designer, Kaelin, was prompt and took our ideas and created a simple yet effective design. We chose to demo on our own. The installers were a little early ( but who doesn't love getting it done sooner!) And they quickly set up, confirmed the process, and got to work. They did our two closets within 2.5 hours, cleaned up, and were on their way. We LOVE the organization and look of them and plan to get the remaining closets done soon.

Love this company. On schedule, on time, and did a fantastic job. Everyone who sees my kitchen just loves it and are very envious. Best of all is the reasonable cost of the renovation!
