$24,000 order for a huge house with kitchen mother-in-law kitchen and multiple other rooms to have cabinets in and they will not replace six warped doors..... Really shows what this company thinks of their customers.

Ace is the place for the helpful hardware man. The guy was very nice and helped a ton.

Eric was awesome helping us pick out our cabinets super helpfull during the whole process, and the cabinets are great.

I have been very pleased so far. I called for an estimate and they scheduled me two day out. When it was 4 minutes past our scheduled time he text to let me know he was 5 minutes out. He took measurements and pictures and addressed all my concerns. I got a written bid the very next day. He was also very honest when ask how far out my project would be and how long it would take start to finish. So far very pleased.

The entire process was fast and very easy. Cabinetry is much better quality than we expected. Pricing was better than anywhere else locally we went. Cabinets are fully stocked so we had them in a few days. PLC was great and we plan on using them on our next project. Thank you, very pleased.

Use this business at your own risk! This business has zero knowledge on what customer service, professionalism, and timely manner means. Not only are they offensive and use derogatory remarks as a joke to address their Hispanic customers. They have no follow through. They have no regard for their customers and do not care to leave customers without kitchens for months and months. Good luck getting through to anyone on the phone all they do is push you to email them. You can't get anyone on the phone, doubtful you'll get any help via email. Maybe I'll get a response to this review!
After this review they have asked me to remove my slanderous review and refuse to help my mom any further. This is after the fact that they kicked my mom out of their store and their customer service rep flipped her off in the parking lot. I will not remove my review.

We had these guys take our outdated gold oak cabinets to a white finish and we could not believe the quality of their work!! The cabinets looked like they came straight from a high-end factory! I waited a while before I left the review to make sure that the finish stood up and it's been quite a few months now. The finish looks just as good today as it did the first day. They are super easy to clean and our guests are always raving about how much the cabinet refinishing changed the entire look and feel of our kitchen. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company. Everyone we worked with was extremely courteous and professional as well!

These guys installed this built in entertainment/media center in my loft. They were very professional - not only were they meticulous during the installation process, but they were also very polite on friendly as well. I was very impressed by the level of detail that they pay attention to, down to the color-matched stickers that cover the screws where it was mounted.

Easy to work with to meet your needs, and will adjust as required to please the customer! These guys are truly experts in their field, and you will not be disappointed!

I was searching for a store in the Golden Keys neighborhood that sells wholesale cabinets at a reasonable price. I was having trouble finding one until one of my friends suggested Cabinets 4 Less Scottsdale. When I went to see them, I discovered many lovely bathroom cabinets and vanities. Their personnel assisted me greatly in selecting the best one and also provided me with many suggestions for accessorizing my bathroom. Excellent value for money and a high-quality product. I am very satisfied with their services.

We knew of Affinity from a friend who had an excellent experience, and from their beautiful kitchen. Also, another friend recommended a specific designer . . . who happened to work at Affinity. So, from the beginning when we decided to redo our kitchen, Affinity, was the first stop. My wife worked as an interior designer, and we redid another kitchen in our MI home, so we had an idea of what it would cost. From the moment we met with Deborah at Affinity, we knew we were in good hands, and, ultimately, the price was in line with what we expected.
Deborah was simply FABULOUS. She is pleasant, patient, professional, and unbelievably talented. She quickly understood what we were attempting to do, and she worked with us on every detail, measuring more than once, and making sure that everything fit perfectly. Affinity even offered us a couple of suggestions for general contractor for part of the kitchen construction, and the other work we were doing in the house; we picked one of the two, and we were also delighted with them. Because Affinity had a history of working with the recommended contractor, it went even smoother.
We were given a production schedule, with the work being done while we were out of the house; we trusted both the contractor and Affinity, and we were NEVER disappointed. Everything went exactly as scheduled, and shown on a production spreadsheet before they began. We came back to AZ after everything was completed, and we were simply blown away with a kitchen that EXCEEDED our expectations. We continue to say to one another, and anyone who will listen, how thrilled we are with our new kitchen. We worked in the same footprint, yet we now feel we have phenomenally more space. That is a credit to Deborah’s design and the functionality of the cabinets we selected. We had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made, and within a day, Jamie was at our house, allowing us to begin putting away everything that was packed up. Jamie was also friendly and accommodating. Today, Mark came out to do a couple more things, and, he, too was great. Didn’t hurt that Mark emigrated from Canada, where the cabinets are manufactured, and happened to spend years working for the manufacturer. He’s a great find for Affinity, as he knows this cabinet from the inside out. We are now 100%, with the last couple of things very minor.
So, know that you will make the right decision if you choose to work with Deborah and Affinity!!
