Ray of Light was most professional. Mina was our first connection when she came to view the kitchen. She was accurate on her timetable of the job duration. Rene, Saul, Luis and Lupita arrived on time and worked constantly as a well oiled machine. They were polite and respectful of our home. I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

I have had nun chucks made by woodesign, kitchen cabinets made by woodesign, tv armoires made by woodesign, I have even had a bar made by woodesign. They are the best wood and exotic wood carpenters I have ever come into contact with.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful on guiding me around the showrooms. Overall great cabinets! I went with the express I color & my kitchen turned out amazing. Will be back for my master bath!

The woman who helped me was extremely polite and helpful. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, as I was picking up cabinets on someone else's behalf. But she knew exactly what I was picking up and had a gentleman get it from them back. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes! Thank you for the efficient service! I'm sure I'll see you guys again.

I have been very pleased so far. I called for an estimate and they scheduled me two day out. When it was 4 minutes past our scheduled time he text to let me know he was 5 minutes out. He took measurements and pictures and addressed all my concerns. I got a written bid the very next day. He was also very honest when ask how far out my project would be and how long it would take start to finish. So far very pleased.
