Best Home Storage Solution in Phoenix AZ

Started a conversation with an employee Priscilla, to get some cabinets. All was going well. We go into detail regarding the parts and dimensions. The vendor, the sizes, and accessories were decided on. I got a quote for the three cabinets 490.00. I asked a few questions and she was going to look into it for me. I email two more times. Nothing. No bounce-back just, no reply. I decide to call. I get Andrea, I had to re-explain the entire project, I send the email conversation to her. She looks it over and confirms that the project can be done. Apparently Priscilla left the company, no one closed her account. Andrea says she will send me the invoice for the quote by the end of the day or the next. After not hearing from her. I call again. I ask where the invoice is for me to order the cabinets. No apology for not communicating or not sending me the invoice. Andrea say's she's unable to honor the quote that was given. She had no idea where the last person got the numbers. The first quote was 490.00 the quote that Andrea gave was 1550.00. The email communication was quite clear and both parties were in agreement. I express if that was the case I would not like to move forward with the project, and that I was very disappointed of the lack of communication and delaying my project. I feel they did a bait and switch. Now Im in a crunch to get a project completed.

Robert and his team completed the work on time and with the greatest care I have experienced. The initial estimate provided some thoughtful guidance by Robert based on his experience and I am fortunate to have listened to him. The installation began on time and finished on time. The garage floor was beyond our expectations and cured beautifully.
It is not often that you get a busy contractor to give you a prefect estimate that he sticks to and then he arrives and completes the work on days he told he would!

Wonderful experience. Debby Duke my designer did an excellent job of designing my closet in my bedroom and the storage cabinet in my garage. Gabriel and Alex were the installers. They arrived on time, very polite, did a superb job on the installs. Were finished with both installs within 5 hours and cleaned up. Will definitely use Closets by Design for future jobs.

Custom Wood built us a beautiful media center and floating shelves. It was exactly what we wanted & the quality & beauty exceeded our expectations! They were responsive to our requests & changes & very timely. I highly recommend!

We worked with Tim P. at Classy Closets to help design our new master closet and we had a great experience throughout. Tim met us onsite and took measurements and listened to what we hoped for. We never felt pressured or like there was an up sell. He then asked us to check out the showroom to pick colors, etc while he prepared the drawings. We requests a few changes, which he graciously incorporated. Come installation, the crew showed up on time and were polite and courteous and took their time to do it right. I'd recommend Tim any day.

Our kitchen cabinets were just completed and we couldn’t be happier. The quality of the cabinets and drawers are top notch. Robert and Arlette at Re-New met all our requests and although there was some delay due to the pandemic, they kept us apprised of the situation and once started, our installer Pat, was here full days until the job was completed. Pat’s attention to detail and job knowledge was outstanding. We highly recommend Re-New for your kitchen makeovers!

It seems like everyone at Affinity Kitchens is wonderful. Their staff love what they do and they want to do the best job they can for their customers. Today, Norman McLash came by to see how our project turned out. We spent a couple of hours talking, visiting and enjoying each others company. He is a nice guy.

Great cabinets, wonderful customer service. Owner Dave is awesome to work with. His dad, Jim works in the office and gets messages through promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommend!

Very disappointed with Jeff. Very poor representation of the company.Wife and I have been excited about redoing our kitchen for awhile. We reached out to this company and saw what great work they did. Unfortunately I really didn’t know what to think about Jeff and his first impression. We originally had an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday morning but had to reschedule and move back to later that afternoon. I was okay with that since appointments do tend to go over at times. Our appointment lasted 30 minutes. That drew the first red flag. Jeff showed up with shorts, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. I thought it was casual Friday, but realized it was only Wednesday. Jeff wasn’t in tune with anything I was saying. He wrote a makeshift proposal and completely forgot about our kitchen island within that 30 minute timeframe. It looked like he was in a rush. The proposal didn’t get finished and promised to have it emailed by end of day, which that didn’t happen. He claimed he was new, had 6 months with the company, was someone’s assistant and didn’t want to loose his job if he forgot something. Measured only the kitchen sink. I thought he knew his stuff and was good at eyeballing things. Our kitchen is small mind you, but I strong believe in first impressions regardless how small or big anything is. Wife and I may have to wait a little longer to get our kitchen done. I totally understand nothings free, not even water, but the number he gave us didnt including the countertops and the island. I know I’ll be going over budget. I may have to do this myself.

So unfortunate you would reply the same way to me as you did to Kristina Ferreira. Unfortunate people won’t take ownership of their issues. I’ll give you another review. I did call the 800 number. Jeff or whoever this individual working for whatever franchise of kitchen tuneup he works for is reached out and apologized. Promised to have the proposal by 2pm. DIDNT deliver. Texted him back requesting that he does not contact me again. Then people complain about jobs going to other people and or countries. If Jeff doesn’t work for you then I’ll find a way to post his picture captured from my doorbell camera on this review to help other potential clients to avoid this impostor.

Did a great job installing the opener. Very quick to respond . Very curious and explained all the details so we could understand. Would definitely recommend .

Very friendly and responsive to questions, great prices, and plenty of cabinet options. Quick turnaround, they were able to install the same week I contacted them. Install took about 2 hours for a 12 foot section.
