They did a horrible job with our carpets and house cleaning. I honestly wish I had cameras to show the work that was not done. I contacted to try to get a refund and was ignored. My son has asthma and is allergic to dogs /cats, the previous owners had them so we were doing a carpet and house clean for his health. I am so upset and frustrated with their services. I would not recommend.

DO NOT use these people. Worst customer service I have ever received. The only reason I am giving them one star is because there is no option for ZERO stars. I scheduled an appointment and they were a no show. I waited all day, and never even received a call that they wouldn't be able to make it out. The next morning I got a call/message asking if I wanted to re-schedule. No apology, nothing. When I called back to express my disappointment, the lady I spoke with was absolutely useless and brushed it off like it was no big deal, giving me the most bogus excuse I have ever heard. They were not even willing to try and keep my business & make up for their screw up. They don't give you a definitive quote over the phone either. I will NEVER use this business again. I now use Stanley Steemer and highly recommend them to anyone.
