Requested someone clean my AirBnB they cleaned half way and told be they were going to help clean at another property and never came back. I told management and they have yet to respond or have someone finish cleaning. Very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bobby has always been professional and does an excellent job working to get every last stain out of the carpet. I have had some rental properties that I thought for sure I would need to replace the carpet, but Bobby was able to work miracles.

Friends! Got my carpets and sectional cleaned today and they look amazing!!! Perfect time to get this done before the holidays . On top of these guys doing a fantastic job, they take 7% of their sales and give back to under privileged youth !! And they do commercial properties as well ! So pleased with the quality of their work ! Booking every 3 months moving forward !

I haven’t used this company personally but I am giving this rating for their staff and their bad driving. It’s very inconsiderate and rude to lean on your car horn when you are slowing down to make a right turn. Even when you have your turn signal on. Seeing the multiple one star reviews for this company from customers solidifies that this is a shady company. And the five star reviews with no comment even proves the point of this being a shady company since it’s obvious that the company told their staff to leave 5 star reviews to boost their google rating.

Our dog pood in the house. Rick w Apex came by and cleaned our carpet on Tuesday. Called yesterday and asked if he could come back and check on the spot again. Brought his equipment, treated the spot again and left. No charge! We use Apex every 6 months but this is going above and beyond. Grateful
