I called Ramirez Cleaning Solutions after being referred by a friend. I was very impressed by their professionalism and cleaning strategy. Anais who is the owner came out and did a great thorough job. She was pleasant and knew how to clean! No cross contamination was done and she was quick! I will definitely be using them regularly.

I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks

The sales side was great. Communication with the ops side after that was terrible. Beware.

She has a key to my home and locks it up when she is done. She does not miss a thing and goes above and beyond to clean my home perfectly! I booked them to clean a home we purchased because we have a newborn and they made our move perfect. My wife was really scared at all the people who had been in the home during the showings and this easy treatment made it much less scary. They were priced great and came out right away. Plan to recomend them to everyone.

We were paying one of our employees extra to do the cleaning. We switched to CBN about a year ago. They do a fantastic job. Our office is much cleaner for about the same money. Bob is always very available and quick to provide answers to any questions.
