They were great! I was honestly shocked at the things they were able to get clean (stuff I had tried myself to get clean for ages and deemed impossible). Moving is a nightmare and I had gotten like 2 hours of sleep, but the maids and the phone dispatch were all very patient and kind even though I was a stressed hot mess. My apartment was in BAD shape after 7 years (my spouse and I aren't great at cleaning in the best of times, and it had been an especially tough year). Things were definitely neglected, the worst culprit being greasy buildup on the stove, walls, and shelves. There were also hard water stains on the kitchen sink, and mildew and soap scum in the shower that I could never seem to vanquish. Maid Easy contacted me mid-way through the cleaning to ask permission to make this a heavy clean which doubles the cleaning time (and quite increases the price). I was a little hesitant, worried about a bait-and-switch, but I agreed to the bigger clean and I'm so glad that I did! Gaudelia and Michelle were excellent at their jobs. They showed me problem areas that couldn't be cleaned any further due to wear, offered recommendations on what needed painting over, and were very nice when I very nosily asked omg, how did you clean that? I tried everything! The end result seemed like a miracle, and I am so pleased with this service. I have already recommended them to a friend, and am looking forward to using them again for regular, non-apocalyptic service in my new apartment.

I have never written a review about anything before but I had such a bad experience with his cleaning company that I will take the time to review . They came out to do an estimate. When I called to schedule weekly service they couldn't find any record of me because they had misspelled my name. When they were finally able to pull up my account I was told they couldn't find the estimate paperwork.

After 20 minutes on the phone I was able to schedule my cleaning service. On the day of the cleaning I waited my entire two hour window and no one showed up. I called the office and spoke to the same girl and she admitted that she might've forgotten to actually schedule it.
The owner was super rude and unhelpful.

So I just had my carpet cleaned 2 days ago and my husband and I were very pleased to say the least. Valley's Best had great availability for me scheduling only 4 days before wanting it done! I had to find a new cleaning company because my old company, who shall remain nameless, only cleans vacant homes now! I found them on Yelp in which I chatted on Yelp to get a quote prior to scheduling!! So awesome I didn't know I could do that. I searched around with about 7 other companies & the existing reviews played a huge role in my decision. With that being said, I felt a very detailed review is important for others. The technician Greg was great! He was nice, very professional & a hard worker. We stumbled upon a scheduling conflict the day of due to a job he did before mine but was able to move things around to keep my appointment time. This was perfect because I also just replaced carpet in one room & I wanted scotch guard before putting anything on the new carpet. My house is pretty big so the 1.5 hr difference would've caused me to have to reschedule. The only thing I didn't like was the long drying time. It took about 6 hours to dry enough to where we felt comfortable walking on it but they did warn me 4-6 hrs so I didn't feel that was worthy of reducing to 4 stars instead of 5. So going forward I do plan on sticking with Valley's Best next year I will just schedule much earlier. I may also push my appt back to a cooler month since my front door had to remain open for the hose during the cleaning. The price was FANTASTIC for the size of my home (like 7 areas plus a staircase) & they give military discount. I love companies who honor veterans!!! I recommend this company to everyone! ??

Jay came and cleaned the 6ft hood and bowl in our churches food truck. He was prompt on coming to do an estimate. Showed up to the job on time and even with a guy short got it done with it looking excellent. Worth every penny of not having to do it myself.

There is no way I can thank Affinity Trauma Clean, and Patrick Brady enough. Not only did they do amazing work, but they were also so compassionate and caring. Patrick responded immediately to every question whether it was text or email. When we were faced with a sad and hard situation to deal with Patrick and Affinity Trauma Clean took care of everything for us. They were so helpful and I would recommend that anyone who needs a service like this go right to them.

The man they sent to clean my elderly grandparents home repeatedly stole jewelry and cash. Despite video evidence of them stealing, the company did nothing to resolve the matter. It is awful that they hire such people who prey on the elderly like this. Shame on them, think twice before hiring them.

My dad hired them for a job in his business. Long story short took too many breaks. Try to pressure and persuade more than what my dad needed. Not at all like the details in his profile

Exceeded expectations doesn’t even encompass how impressed I am with Dirt Busters. I was literally FLOORED by how incredible of a job their team did. I just recently purchased an older house that I’m convinced had never been cleaned since it was built - and they turned it into a home. Their attention to detail was immaculate. However, their customer service is what really sets them apart! The first time this team tried to come, they had to leave unexpectedly as they were the unfortunate souls who discovered a huge sewer issue at my house. They quickly notified me, and helped relay several phone calls with me to set up quick, accurate repair for my sewer problem. Didn’t even charge me for the cleaning the team had started, and then quickly rescheduled to finish the job… only to have it cut short in the final moments thanks to the city mistakenly turning off our electricity, which I only knew because they again called me. What are the chances! They even thought the whole thing was weird, and again relayed several calls with me to help me figure out the problem. These were problems they never signed up for nor had to take upon themselves to help with, but they did, and the integrity they showed by caring for my house like their own home will have me forever recommending them to everyone I can.
