Best Help Moving in Phoenix AZ

I have used this company in the past to do standard cleaning and was happy with the service except for one time. THIS time I am VERY UNHAPPY! I scheduled a deep clean for $340 the staff showed up a little after 8am and were done a little after 10am. The kitchen was just a surface clean. The baseboards were not cleaned, the fans were not cleaned, under the raised entertainment center, raised couches and around the bar stools were left with food crumbs and a layer of dust. I specifically asked for that to be addressed. I feel like I should be refunded the whole amount they just down graded it to a standard clean that is NOT what I asked for! I will not be using them again!

I've recently opened a vacation rental was having an issue finding a cleaning service. Since short-term rentals are so infrequent and can be difficult, most companies want to charge per hour or charge me $100s of dollars to make it work. I found Maid Right and they instantly said my place was no problem and we will make sure to work with the crazy schedule and issues that may arrive. They have been so amazing for my business. So I need a cleaning service for a while. I have a really bad back so many challenges and a friend of mine reached out to me and said you should try thumbtack so I went on Thumbtack and found Sumo Cleaners. There was a picture and the guy looked friendly. You can always tell a lot by a picture I sent a request I got an immediate response from Carter. He was professional and amazing and so personable and tended to my needs. He set up an appt and a cleaner came out to my house. She was amazing. She was so great and professional, and wanted to just do the best she could to help me and make my apartment sparkle ! which she did is just that her name is Shadaya and she is great. I have been working with Peak Cleaning for almost a year now. They are attentive, professional and always working to improve on business practices. I am so glad I found them to help with my short term rental. And Esmeralda who performed our most recent cleaning service was great. She paid attention to details and was proactive. Angela has been a great help! She is always on time and does a great job. As a working mom who is also in college, I don’t have a lot of time to keep up on regular cleaning. Angela has been extremely helpful by giving me peace of mind that while my house may be a wreck, the bathroom is clean.
