I can't recommend Arizona Cleaning highly enough. They are reliable, thorough, and do an excellent job. We have many pets, so our home can be challenging, but they always do an amazing job and leave our house spotless! We've been happy customers for six years.

I like the cleaning products,and that Cathy brings all equipment with her. She is thorough, effecient and has a good personality. My house shines when Cathy is done. My friends even commented that she sure did a good job!.
After four weeks, my house is still pretty clean! Oh wow!!

I was in a bind so I called this team that was recommended by my friend/neighbor. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

DO NOT HIRE!! I waited a month to decide if I wanted to leave a bad review, I am still so dissatisfied that I am leaving it now.

This company is a scam and is under horrible management. We hired them for post-construction cleaning. They claimed they are very familiar and confident in their service to complete the job.

They showed up with a team of two and worked for 6 hours and accomplished almost nothing. They were cleaning their dust mops by shaking the dust off inside the house. Simple surfaces like thermostats, window ledges, doorknobs, bathrooms, and windows were left untouched.

I had a single housemaid to come after they finished. She did more work in 2 hours than Valley Best did in 6. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. I was able to get a partial refund and am still so disappointed and disgusted by the customer service and experience.

This company does not care about you or providing you with a clean and safe environment.

Avoid this company. I was charged more than double the price I was quoted, and they did not clean everything they were supposed to. It's been a battle to get ahold of anyone and they are constantly out of the office, or unavailable.

I am selling my house and reached out to this company to have them do a move-out cleaning service. My house is 1500sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath and was completely vacant. I provided this information to the company and they quoted the job would require 3 cleaners, and take about 3 hours for an estimated cost of $450. I agreed to the quoted price and scheduled the cleaning. When the team arrived, they had an additional cleaner with them, which I was not made aware of prior to their arrival. I didn't think this was a big deal and assumed the job would take less time. My house was by no means what you would consider a dirty house. It was recently renovated, and basically needed floors vacuumed, windows cleaned, surfaces wiped down, and bathrooms cleaned. Somehow, even with 4 people, it took them over 5 hours to clean the 1500sqft house and they charged me over $1000! For that price, I would have expected a top to bottom cleaning (which is what they said they would do), but they left all walls, baseboards, vents, inner cabinets, and the garage untouched. They also ruined the finish on our toilet seat with whatever cleaning products they used, and left grey residue on our kitchen counters from what I'm assuming were their dirty rags. My wife and I went back to the house after the team cleaned it to finish wiping down the missed surfaces. We simply used Clorox wipes and a duster to achieve what the professionals could not.
I reached out to the company afterward and let them know the situation. They offered me a $100 refund (bringing my cost to $916, still more than double what I was quoted). I explained that this was inadequate and requested an additional $300 refund ($616 total cost to me, still $166 more than the $450 quoted). The manager told me they would speak to the owner of the company about the matter. However, it's now been two weeks and they have still not given me a response. It's very difficult to get ahold of them, and when I do get through, they beat around the bush and offer excuses.
I will update this review If I hear back from them, but at this point, it seems like a lost cause.

Update: since posting this review, they have refunded the additional $300 I requested.

I have been using Peak cleaning for a while now. Patryk and his team are very attentive and hard working, and have great communication skills. They are always on time and go the extra mile.

They pressure washed the driveway and left a powder residue on my driveway. They should have rinsed the driveway after they completed the job. I had powder residue in my and my wife’s car and had to get the cars cleaned. The service technician had a different idea on what was to be performed. I had to notify management to clarify with the technician.

My dad hired them for a job in his business. Long story short took too many breaks. Try to pressure and persuade more than what my dad needed. Not at all like the details in his profile

Owner was quick to respond and did a great job cleaning the numerous large windows in my home. Definitely will use again!

They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.
