Best Full Service Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Queen of Maids exceeded my expectations. I just bought a house that was should over 100 years ago, so the windows and insulation aren’t great and dust and grime gets everywhere. I hired Queen of Maids to clean before I moved in, expecting them to just get the dust and basic grime so the house felt livable, but they did far beyond that. I feel like it’s a brand new house and I couldn’t be happier. The ladies were also on time, very responsive, and even texted me before they were done so I could inspect their work before they left. I’ll definitely use them again if I ever have a need.

These house cleaners were pleasant, empathetic, and knowledgeable about mattress cleaning. They will surely be my go-to house cleaners. Thank you!

I like that they have a cleaning system that breaks the house into areas and then they deep clean each area in rotation along with the regular week to week clean.
Its so easy to keep up with the house in between their visits.

I had clear contact and information throughout the cleaning  process, and everyone was very helpful and accommodating in scheduling and carrying out the cleaning. Without a doubt, I would utilize their services once more and heartily endorse them to others.

STAY FAR AWAY! I set up an appointment to get my house deep cleaned after I moved out to get it ready for upcoming tenants. My appointment time comes and goes and I receive an email saying that my appointment was cancelled and that I am being charged a late fee. I was shocked. I called and spoke with Amy, she claimed that they called me and texted me and because they couldn't reach me they weren't able to access the house. I sent my call log showing that there were no calls made and asked her to do the same. She said she would and never did. I follow up and call a couple of hours later, she then says that they tried to call but it didn't go through(which was just an obvious lie) and that they will be waiving the cancellation fee. She then claimed that the reason it was cancelled was because there animals and bugs in my house which was another blatant lie since they cancelled the appointment claiming that they couldn't enter the home because I didn't answer the calls they never made.

JUST STAY FAR AWAY. THIS IS A TERRIBLY RAN COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD.

Had our summer home prepared by this company and was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommending to my neighbors.

I worked for Health Points Cleaning Service for almost a year and had a very good experience. I recommend them as a company to work for in the nightly cleaning and floor cleaning jobs. They have different shifts available at different areas in Phoenix, Arizona. I worked in floor cleaning where most of the shifts available to us were in overnight hours.

We have been using Peak Cleaning almost a year now for our luxury Airbnb in downtown Scottsdale. They have proven to be timely, exceptional at what they do and communication has been most amazing. Highly recommend them out of any other cleaning crew in the valley.

I manage a property in downtown phoenix. we called clean towers to rope drop our 9 story building. They showed up on time and were professional throughout the process. Will use again!

I was very dissatisfied with the pricing and will never use this cleaners again. I brought two items in for cleaning, a three quarter length suede coat with a faux fur collar and a two piece dress with a short jacket. I was quoted that the price for the suede jacket would be $39.95, which was fine and they gave me a price list showing the price of a dress at $13.79. I expected a little more for the dress, but not what they charged. When I arrived to pick up my items, I was told the price was $73 and some cents. When I balked at the price I was told the short jacket to the dress was an extra $10+. Then the worker gave me a $5.00 discount. The final charge was $67.08. That means if they charged the quoted price of $39.95 for the jacket the price ended up being $27.13 for the dress. Totally ridiculous.

These guys do a great job! In just two weeks after hiring them, our building is looking in great shape again. Bob was very good at following up the next day after the carpet and tile were scrubbed to insure we were happy with the results. I highly recommend CBN.

I hired them to come in and clean out after tenets had just trashed and destroyed my rental. I must say not only did they make it look brand new they even did minor repairs that I had not asked them to do.
