We had an outdoor event in the parking lot of our building and needed cleanup help and a day porter to keep up with trash from the taco truck we had. They were great, kept on top of everything, and helped us break down our tables and over 200 chairs at the end.

I honestly struggled with the franchise that was assigned to clean our facility. Lack of communication, every visit they fell short on their cleaning and never sent someone back to fix it, just frustrating overall. But, then I contacted the jani-king corporate and complained and I could not have been happier with the service.

Director of Operations, Don Horton was amazing. Not only did he get back to me almost immediately, but then he set up a time and date to come meet me in person and go over my concerns. He discussed things with me, took pictures, and made a plan of action. Then on my next cleaning, the head of the franchise that was cleaning our site finally showed his face (first time since first visit) and I was able to discuss my concerns with him and show him what was not being done. I am 100% positive this never would have happened if it was not for Don Horton and the magic he worked.

Don even took the time to meet with me again the day after the clean, and went through everything with me to make sure the cleaning was done thoroughly and corectly this time. I really appreciate all the work Don did for me to get things back on track, and I am optimistically hopeful that now everything will stay on track and 100% will be given on every clean. Thank you Don Horton, you are awesome!

Due to pandemic and my age, I need to be cautious of my health. So, I am not hiring anyone right now.

I found Stella by chance. I was looking for a cleaning crew on short notice and called a few... all were unavailable. She found a mutual time for both of us. She came by prior to the cleaning date to do a walk through and give me an estimate. Her prices are very reasonable... She did an amazing job cleaning the house and left it smelling so good and clean. I now hire her on a regular basis and have even hired her to clean my Mom and grandma’s house to help them. They too loved how sweet she is and how great of a job she did. She also does carpet cleaning!

They claim they are hiring. Not me they didn't. It's manual labor. Not rocket science

Juan and his team have been wonderful! Our office has never been cleaner, he truly goes above and beyond too keep our office spotless and secure, and he keeps us informed all the time. Highly recommended!

The company doesn't follow the contract they've signed. If a contract isn't followed don't expect that they do the job they've signed up to do.

I'd heard about this company for a while, we decided to give them a try during the reopening, after COVID, and the difference in our services was SO OBVIOUS. Great company, diligent work and responsive. Worth the change!
