We sold our home and hired Special Ops to come out last minute and clean for the new buyer. They were there as planned, even a little early which is great, they sent extra help too! The ladies that cleaned were thorough and friendly, they did a great job! The house looked sparkling and smelled amazing when we left. Their customer service is exceptional too! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Thankful for the consistent work and cleaning we receive from Sonoran Cleaning. We rarely have an issue, and when we do they don't give us excuses, they take responsibility and fix it. Thanks for a great job!

We are honestly obsessed with Peak Cleaning. We recommend them to our friends on a regular basis. Their communication is frequent and crystal clear. Their service is incredible. They make our home sparkle top to bottom including things we would never have expected - like the little stand where my electric toothbrush charges that gathers a little bit of gunk. I'm very satisfied how they managed our cleaning and overall we had our apartment disinfected by the way. The price was more than reasonable but the service quality was top level. I'm gonna use their service again for sure.

These guys are great! They are always checking in to see how things are going and making sure I'm happy with the results. I met with Bob a few months back and we sat down and he explained all the details to me, how things are done, when they will be done and why they do things the way they do. I work in a dental office and you can only imaging the things in the air, they use a hand held particle counter to make sure our air is super clean. He even has an MSDS book of everything they use! That's 1 less thing I have to worry about!! Pablo is great also, he stops by and checks out the office just making sure everything is in tip top shape. And if it isn't, I just make a quick call to Pablo and it fixed BY THE NEXT DAY!!!
I would (and have) recommend this group to anyone!

Victoria showed up right on time at 9:00 am. Discussed my needs and concerns. I had to leave for an appointment and felt very comfortable leaving her to do her job. Was so happy to come home to a pristine home from the ceiling fans to the baseboards Victoria did it All. I will definitely call to have her back again.

Great staff that is always on time, I've had other house cleaners show up late or say they're not available at all many times in the past. They do a thorough job and have great customer service.

M&K cleaning was referred to me after any plumber in surprises on a four hour wait last night! Half my house was flooded I had a mainline back up even though it’s not a normal service offered they got me on clogged water cleaned up and I was able to go to bed at my normal time! Thanks M&K cleaning I know I wasn’t in your wheelhouse last night but I appreciate you driving all the way out and get me a hole in my house again M&K cleaning was referred to me after any plumber in surprises on a four hour wait last night! Update: Manager called and credited my account and refunded me. I like the girls there, but it doesn't seem like they have the capability to reverse these issues on-site.I've used this place several times with good experiences however, most recently they did not have my clothes ready by Monday evening as promised after I dropped them off the previous Friday. Also, I go so often that I didn't even look at the price until I got home. I was charged over $35.00 for FOUR items!!! And at least 2 of the garments state on the instructions DO NOT DRYCLEAN which was explained to the girls at the front when the shirts were dropped off. Feel pretty taken advantage of as a regular customer. Don't think I'll be going back.

They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.
